2-Star Hotels in Chicago

Hampton is truly deserving of a 5-star rating. The breakfast was great, with a variety of foods to choose from. The cleanliness of the room, towels, and amenities was excellent. The ice and water dispensers were very convenient and a nice touch. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for all of us.

A motel like this is great in downtown Chicago with no parking spaces. It takes 15 minutes to walk from Cloud Gate. It was cold and windy when we went there, so it was quite a long journey. But if you can travel by car, it's great to come back without worrying about the parking space! The hotel is very clean, all the staff are of Mexican descent, but the attitude is generally friendly, that is, the front desk calls me every evening, once saying that the car is not correct, once saying that there is no parking coupon, because the phone really does not understand, I have to run The front desk used translation software to figure it out. There is a huge McDonald's nearby, as well as a small grocery store, so you don't have to worry about eating and drinking. The nearby hotels are also very popular, and there are also resident performances, and the level is also very high.

Surprisingly, there is a free shuttle bus for late night flights! Other facilities, such as hygiene, bedding, breakfast, etc., are pretty good near the airport. However, parking is charged!

Slight issues with the door, which had to be jammed on to be fully closed. Had to squash two bugs immediately upon arrival. Certain features such as the drawer on the nightstand to the right side of the bed were in poor condition. However, all features worked the way they should. Enjoyed proximity to Skokie and Uptown. Very professional and diligent office staff, with one employee in particular who worked hard to resolve technical issue with check-in.

Place is okay. Everything is handled remotely and passcoded. They could do better on the service by adding atleast 1 staff onsite

The hotel is located in the relatively dangerous South Side area, so I was extremely careful when going out at night. Additionally, it's an hour away from downtown, so I thought it might be a little difficult to get to. However, I was very pleased with the amenities provided in the room, such as a refrigerator, microwave, two beds, a shower room, towels, and air conditioning. However, please be aware of safety and accessibility issues.
