Very good, but it happened to be the New Year's Day, and the special noise outside was heard in the middle of the night. The restaurant is very good and the service is nice. It's just that the security allowed on the night of the welcome was a bit too much, which was not very comfortable.
The environment is elegant and the service is considerate. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathing facilities are modern. The breakfast is rich and tastes great. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and there are many attractions around. I will definitely choose it again next time I go on a business trip.
The sanitation and environment are very good! Very close to Michigan Avenue and Navy Pier! Sitting in the room, you can watch the fireworks show every Wednesday and Saturday! The disadvantages are that the breakfast in the hotel is not very delicious, and the air conditioner in the room is too noisy, which affects the rest at night.
Facilities: As an old-school 5-star hotel in Chicago, the rooms are incredibly spacious! That's a huge plus! The gym is decent, but the pool is tiny, more like a kiddie pool.
Cleanliness: The daily housekeeping was pretty good; I didn't notice any issues.
Environment: The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk from Millennium Park and the museums. The restaurant on the second floor and the coffee bar on the first floor were both quite nice, and the food quality was good.
Service: The service was very friendly, and both the front desk and reception staff were excellent.
