GGuest UserI had locked myself out my room so I had to go get another key and when I went to asked the guy that was at the front desk for an extra key.. He was all rude and then he didn’t slide or hand the get card gently he just threw it in the slot and never asked was I ok how was my staying going. He was not in a good mood to be doing customer service.. He was really rude and my room was clean but it smelled like either someone had been smoking **** in it or was in the room in next to me.. I hate the smell of that stuff and for them to have on there no smoking that’s all my room smelt like… so y’all might need to not let the guy that’s was there on 12/15/2024 around 11:30 or 12 something. cause he just lost customer than was traveling and didn’t have a good stay so thumbs down

GGuest UserThe location was good and the decor was attempting to be up to date and modern but it just felt cold and fell flat. Like most hotels that arnt in the upper price point, there is mold in the AC units. There was definitely mold in the AC in the room we stayed in but we weren’t expecting to close the bathroom door and see it on the bathroom wall. Looks like someone missed a spot while cleaning. Makes you wonder what other simple areas were missed during cleaning as well.
There was a small breakfast in the lobby but the bare minimum. Won’t choose to stay here again but it absolutely was not our worst hotel experience while having to hop around for a month while we waiting for our rental to finish repairs.

GGuest UserI checked in very late - around 8-9pm - and the woman at the counter was extremely friendly and nice. She made conversation with us about our trip and our jobs and told us all the available amenities. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast in the morning was your average hotel breakfast, but had more options than I usually see so close to the end of breakfast time. They did not begin cleaning up breakfast right at the end time, which was nice because they let us keep grazing on what was left before finally taking it away about 20 minutes after breakfast had ended. The vending machines were really cool. There were cheap toiletries in the vending machine that you could buy in case you forgot something at home, and the cola vending machine had ice cold drinks for pretty cheap. I had a great time staying at this hotel and would definitely return if I'm ever in the area again. I've stayed at this brand of hotel (Choice Hotels) before and I've always had a great experience.

TTracy MorganI scheduled a stay on the wrong date. The manager comped me $5. Not a big discount but every bit helps. The room was very clean though it had a strong bleach smell. Lots of contractors and their families staying in the hotel and talking outside our door til late and early next a.m.

This motel was Fairfield Hotel with all the works and pricy.Indoor heated swimming pool ,weight room,
huge rooms loaded with microwave,small dorm refrigerator ,huge 400 plus square foot rooms,35” new Roku TVs ,cold AC,new pillow top beds,very clean inside and out ,then an excellent full breakfast.
Was recently purchased by Sonesta.Goodservice,friendly staff but most new and learning but all is good.
In a very good location facing I10 here in Katy,Tx,every kind of eating establishment within block or two,upscale area.Anything you need is near.
I found this place by pure luck and online.

陳陳Very close to Her***n park, there are 010, 002 metro bus nearby, eating Subway, Burger King, MM, the location is not bad; There is a simple meal in the morning; However, in the room where I stayed, my colleague from the same company said that there would be a strange taste of ”roughly pen”, while the sheets and toilets were quite normal.
