GGuest UserThe room is very big, twin room for 2 adults and 2 children. It is convenient to pick up and drop off from the airport. Hot water, coffee, etc. are provided 24 hours a day. The free breakfast is very convenient. If you add vegetables, it will be perfect.

TTree HazardWe were very excited to stay here. Excellent location for concerts, roof top bar, restaurants to walk to. Did not expect tooth paste spatterings on wall in bathroom, or mold in the grout. When I made coffee in the room and added creamer it curdled - must have been quite old. Reported to front desk. They were very concerned and asked what they could to for us - really didn't know what to say or how to ask for compensation. Not what we expected for $300 a night.

VVictoryInitially, I randomly selected a hotel for my trip. I discovered that the hotel is close to the venue of the event I planned to attend, which makes me feel relieved. The room is spacious and clean. The food is just average and not particularly impressive. The amenities and services are excellent. One suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel provided slippers.

GGuest UserHotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.

It's a pity that the room on the first floor has a strong musty smell. The air conditioner and refrigerator in the room are very loud.
The welcome drink ice lemonade is great.
There is a water dispenser in the gym for guests to add drinking water.
The breakfast dining environment is very clean and comfortable. The service staff will carefully observe the needs of the guests and provide help and tidy up the dining environment at any time.

RRuby Lin 0728The hotel provides ice cubes, which is great. We used it as ice water, but the taste of the ice cubes is a bit strange. It is recommended to improve.
There is too much water in the scrambled eggs for breakfast, which is too watery and affects the taste.
The breakfast coffee is delicious.
The room is large, but the shower water in the bathroom is too weak.

EEduardo NunesReception service very good, attentive. Basic breakfast but with enough options. Rooms negative point that it is all carpet and sealed glass so it is with a lot of dust concentration, ideal would be to remove carpet. Bed a little ”tired”. Great location, close to shopping and very close to Universal. I believe it is the best option in the region because of the breakfast that makes the difference. Cleaning service passed every day in the room.

RRONGBecause it is an early flight, you can leave a hotel for a few hours, but in fact, you still have to take a taxi at 3 in the morning, and the hotel does not have a lift to live on the 2nd floor. It is terrible to carry your own luggage.

GGuest UserWe got a room around the back near the barrage that was overflowing. Inside the room at first sight I thought the floor was dirty but it was actually dirty looking. A centipede died in the standing shower and roaches crawling out from behind the toilet to behind the mirror. Air condition chips out sometimes and the room never gets cold. There is a small table and two dirty chairs in the room at two burner built in stove and a full size painted fridge. The bed was clean, but this isn’t somewhere to call home about somewhere to sleep for the night and get out.
