"The hotel was perfect. It's less than 20 minutes from the convention center, so transportation is decent. The breakfast was simple. The room was clean, and the stay was quiet. The price was too high during the exhibition, and there was a shortage of rooms. Luckily, I booked early for just over a thousand. They offer a free shuttle to the exhibition hall. Outlets are right next door, a 5-minute drive away. There are also a few restaurants nearby. For Cantonese Chinese food, you have to go to YH Seafood, a Michelin-starred restaurant that's always packed, so reservations are a must."

"1. Initially we were put in a very substandard room. I had to complain to the front desk and then they moved us to an acceptable one (why didn't they do that in the first place?)
2. We stayed for 5 nights and only on the last day did they clean the room...unacceptable
3. Nobody is ever at the front desk to answer the phone when you call for something so you literally had to go downstairs in the cold to talk to someone
4. The carpet outside the room (#10308) and along the entire walkway to the elevator was soaked with water from a leak somewhere.
On a positive side, the bartender was very nice and the Manager was very helpful when we eventually spoke with her."

"Shuttle bus arrived shortly after we made contact. Helpful/pleasant driver. Hotel reception very pleasant and helpful. Room was great and just what we wanted for our 1 night stay after our 15 hour journey. Breakfast was basic but very adequate in the morning. Friendly check out and our booked 0900 shuttle to the airport went well. For a short stay at a great price, I thoroughly recommend this hotel."

XXuhua1283We had to catch the early morning flight the next day, and the hotel specially arranged a quiet guest room. We rested well. The room was soundproof and quiet. We could not hear the sound of the plane at night and had a good sleep. Check out at 3:30 in the morning. The hotel packed breakfast (bread, milk, yogurt, bottled water, etc.) according to the passengers' reservation one day in advance. The guest room is spacious, bright, quiet and comfortable, and the two large beds are comfortable. The bath water is hot. After taking a bath, Orlando flew to San Francisco and transferred to Shanghai. The journey is about 24 hours. It is very comfortable to take a hot bath and start a long-distance flight. The hotel is right in the airport. It is very convenient to get a boarding pass before going to bed one day in advance. There are many restaurants downstairs in the hotel, which is very convenient for dining. Orlando has more than a dozen large parks such as Disney Group Park and Universal Studios. Orlando is also a large cruise port. Next time I will arrange a cruise and Disneyland tour, I will book it again. It feels so good! Give a thumbs up!

FFrom JapanWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
The guest laundry facilities were very convenient — they are located on the 4th and 7th floors of Towers 1 and 2, which made it easy to do laundry during our stay.
Another great point was that we were able to store our luggage even after check-out, so we could go to the parks and enjoy the day without worrying about our bags.
Most importantly, all of the staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

AAislinn ChengThe only thing about the hotel that I felt was deducted was the time I had to wait for the elevator during the peak check-out period in the morning (I usually come back late at night).
My room is on the 21st floor (21/27), which is considered a relatively high floor. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes before I could go to the lobby smoothly after pressing the elevator button. It really doesn’t look like what a hotel elevator should look like... (It is recommended to allow more time for going out/checking out)
Other than that, I am quite satisfied with the hotel room and location.
Uber to Disneyland is around US14-25. The journey is all within 30 minutes~
However, there is no kettle for boiling hot water in the hotel room. There is also a freezer, which is a big advantage. There is also a 24-hour mart downstairs (but Starbucks does not reserve 15 minutes of queuing time in the morning, so you can’t buy it at all)
Summary: It’s a nice stay and the supporting facilities are okay.

CClaire LockeExcellent stay. We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining. Longitude and Latitude restaurant downstairs had the best lunch service and good food. Appreciated the free shuttles to and from any park in Disney World.

LLongziranThe room was great, clean and tidy, spacious and airy, with a green pathway right outside the window. Every time I came back, I felt refreshed. The service was also excellent! The gym was a bit cold, but as soon as I mentioned it to the staff, they adjusted the temperature immediately. I was able to get a good sweat in, which is rare when I'm away from home – I could still stick to my workout routine!

Breakfast was also different and rich every morning.
However, it's good to go a little early because you have to queue after 8:30.
There is also a shuttle to tourist attractions such as Sea World, so I had a comfortable stay.
