"1. Initially we were put in a very substandard room. I had to complain to the front desk and then they moved us to an acceptable one (why didn't they do that in the first place?)
2. We stayed for 5 nights and only on the last day did they clean the room...unacceptable
3. Nobody is ever at the front desk to answer the phone when you call for something so you literally had to go downstairs in the cold to talk to someone
4. The carpet outside the room (#10308) and along the entire walkway to the elevator was soaked with water from a leak somewhere.
On a positive side, the bartender was very nice and the Manager was very helpful when we eventually spoke with her."

"service was nice. everything was good and it was what you would expect from a hotel. the lobby was freezing, however, and our room carpet was slightly stained, but nothing crazy"

Ssome3750在一個新開發的地段。所有設施都很新很智能（包括電燈按鈕/智能馬桶等）。四個枕頭似乎是不同的高度，很貼心很舒服。然後酒店附贈的礦泉水特別好喝。
吃飯方面酒店內部就有好幾家不錯的飯店。然後步行距離內還有很不錯的咖啡店和一個購物廣場。
稍微不喜歡的地方在於浴室放沐浴露的地方很矮？上一個住客完全可以踩在那裡洗澡 然後洗面奶再放這些地方感覺不是很衞生的樣子～其他都很好的。
如果不介意離迪士尼園區稍微遠點的話非常推薦這裏～

GGuest UserThis hotel is super friendly to foreigners. Our flight arrived early, and the front desk allowed us to check in ahead of time, upgraded our room, and generously offered free breakfast. They were also incredibly helpful with directions, always with a smile – that's a rare find! The only drawback was the noisy air conditioning in the room; otherwise, it would have been a perfect five-star stay.

GGuest UserMy husband and I were attending a business meeting. We booked for one night only at $300 plus dollars and our room was on the sixth floor but facing the Lobby. We were not able to get any sleep because of the noise from the Bar which is located next to the check in. There was yelling and shouting well past 1:30 am. Not sure why they would put an open bar in the lobby. I would have asked to be moved but we were already in bed and didn't want to dress and pack up to move. Not sure that I would stay at this location again without asking where my room is located.

GGuest UserHaven’t been back to this hotel since it’s been renovated. It’s absolutely beautiful inside but a totally different vibe including the new pool And bar area. The service was great at the interior bar with delicious crafted drinks. We did have dinner in the restaurant and was greeted with a piano player. My husband got the filet which he thoroughly enjoyed and I got the roasted chicken, which was good but a little bland and dry. Overall, the stay was great and we look forward to returning.

GGuest UserWe needed a hotel for 2 nights and this one came in under budget at just under $145 CDN a night. It was worth that price.
The arcade games did not work and they all are our money. The manager on duty did credit our account for the amount we paid.
All in all, a good hotel, with that said nothing in included including parking which is $25/night. We knew this going there but worth noting.

Breakfast was also different and rich every morning.
However, it's good to go a little early because you have to queue after 8:30.
There is also a shuttle to tourist attractions such as Sea World, so I had a comfortable stay.

SS.StarksThis was a great find. The location is very neutral. Everything that we needed was within close range. The staff was amazing. The amenities were outstanding. The fact that their kitchen stayed open late and the bodega and the bar were available, we didn't have to leave to go searching for what we need.

1. I confirmed with the hotel 2 days prior to my arrival they we would be there and they confirmed my reservation.
2. Date of arrival our flight got delayed. I contacted the hotel and confirmed my late arrival due to flight delay. They confirmed.
3. We arrive and the hotel didn’t have a room for us of the type we paid for. Fortunately they had a room but we’d have to move the next day.
4. We were compensated with free parking. That was appreciated.
5. Moved to our new room and the stench that came from the pullout bed cannot be described. It eas horrible. The entire room was filled by the pungent odor. Of course, this was discovered at night.
6. Spoke to the night manager and asked if they could swap the mattress out or change rooms and they said not likely. They gave me some points. Gee, that took care of the smell…
7. Next morning an older gentleman was on staff as manager and he was on it when I spoke with him. He had the maintenance crew in the room within 20 minutes. They took out the old mattress and replaced it with an almost new looking one.
You get what you pay for. Though they resolved our issues we decided to leave half way thru our trip. It was not worth it. The rooms are not in good condition as they appear on their website.
I appreciate their effort but to have to struggle with the staff multiple times, not worth it. We ended up staying at a WDW property with of course, we should have done since the beginning.

They never opened the pool slide. We didn't have the chance to use it in 2 days
The bathroom wasn't cleaned the first night. We found the towels on the floor as we left them
