"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
The guest laundry facilities were very convenient — they are located on the 4th and 7th floors of Towers 1 and 2, which made it easy to do laundry during our stay.
Another great point was that we were able to store our luggage even after check-out, so we could go to the parks and enjoy the day without worrying about our bags.
Most importantly, all of the staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."

"The room was pretty good, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was decent; it was quite busy, but they had the basic food items. There was a slightly wider variety than the previous Best Western, though still limited. The Mickey Mouse waffles were a fun touch.
The hotel's shuttle service to Universal and Disney was much more frequent than the last place. It seems there's a hotel in front and one behind, but they use large buses, so they don't detour much, and there are always plenty of seats. The only drawback was moving from the Fairfield Inn south of the Vineland Outlets to this one on the east side. Looking at the map, the distance seemed similar, and I thought it would also be a 10-minute walk, but it actually required crossing a highway with no pedestrian access, making it a 50+ minute walk. This meant I couldn't just pop out for shopping whenever I wanted and had to take a taxi, which added a bit of inconvenience. So, on the last half-day, I just stayed at the hotel, missing the chance to stroll to the outlets and snag some cheap Lululemon. Oh well, for the price of 600 RMB a night for a room with two beds and breakfast, what more can you ask for? Overall, it was still fantastic, and both the hotel staff and guests were very friendly."

"Good value for money hotel. Parking is $16 a day. 5 minutes walk to Teba Park, where Ferris wheels and luxury restaurants are gathered. About 30 minutes by car from the airport. The room was clean and the breakfast was not bad."

Ssome3750在一個新開發的地段。所有設施都很新很智能（包括電燈按鈕/智能馬桶等）。四個枕頭似乎是不同的高度，很貼心很舒服。然後酒店附贈的礦泉水特別好喝。
吃飯方面酒店內部就有好幾家不錯的飯店。然後步行距離內還有很不錯的咖啡店和一個購物廣場。
稍微不喜歡的地方在於浴室放沐浴露的地方很矮？上一個住客完全可以踩在那裡洗澡 然後洗面奶再放這些地方感覺不是很衞生的樣子～其他都很好的。
如果不介意離迪士尼園區稍微遠點的話非常推薦這裏～

MManbahaowangbiThe hotel was perfect. It's less than 20 minutes from the convention center, so transportation is decent. The breakfast was simple. The room was clean, and the stay was quiet. The price was too high during the exhibition, and there was a shortage of rooms. Luckily, I booked early for just over a thousand. They offer a free shuttle to the exhibition hall. Outlets are right next door, a 5-minute drive away. There are also a few restaurants nearby. For Cantonese Chinese food, you have to go to YH Seafood, a Michelin-starred restaurant that's always packed, so reservations are a must.

CClaire LockeExcellent stay. We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining. Longitude and Latitude restaurant downstairs had the best lunch service and good food. Appreciated the free shuttles to and from any park in Disney World.

GGuest UserHaven’t been back to this hotel since it’s been renovated. It’s absolutely beautiful inside but a totally different vibe including the new pool And bar area. The service was great at the interior bar with delicious crafted drinks. We did have dinner in the restaurant and was greeted with a piano player. My husband got the filet which he thoroughly enjoyed and I got the roasted chicken, which was good but a little bland and dry. Overall, the stay was great and we look forward to returning.

GGuest UserWe needed a hotel for 2 nights and this one came in under budget at just under $145 CDN a night. It was worth that price.
The arcade games did not work and they all are our money. The manager on duty did credit our account for the amount we paid.
All in all, a good hotel, with that said nothing in included including parking which is $25/night. We knew this going there but worth noting.

Breakfast was also different and rich every morning.
However, it's good to go a little early because you have to queue after 8:30.
There is also a shuttle to tourist attractions such as Sea World, so I had a comfortable stay.

1. I confirmed with the hotel 2 days prior to my arrival they we would be there and they confirmed my reservation.
2. Date of arrival our flight got delayed. I contacted the hotel and confirmed my late arrival due to flight delay. They confirmed.
3. We arrive and the hotel didn’t have a room for us of the type we paid for. Fortunately they had a room but we’d have to move the next day.
4. We were compensated with free parking. That was appreciated.
5. Moved to our new room and the stench that came from the pullout bed cannot be described. It eas horrible. The entire room was filled by the pungent odor. Of course, this was discovered at night.
6. Spoke to the night manager and asked if they could swap the mattress out or change rooms and they said not likely. They gave me some points. Gee, that took care of the smell…
7. Next morning an older gentleman was on staff as manager and he was on it when I spoke with him. He had the maintenance crew in the room within 20 minutes. They took out the old mattress and replaced it with an almost new looking one.
You get what you pay for. Though they resolved our issues we decided to leave half way thru our trip. It was not worth it. The rooms are not in good condition as they appear on their website.
I appreciate their effort but to have to struggle with the staff multiple times, not worth it. We ended up staying at a WDW property with of course, we should have done since the beginning.

CcchelinI dialed room service or guest service center (using the room phone set) three times. None of them were answered. I wonder how come Sheraton has such good service like this?
I finally solved one of the issues myself but still pending one.
Secondly, when I went back around 11:50pm, I consulted front desk regarding the shuttle bus time schedule to Disney. I was told to look for the time table myself which was put on another counter. Although I can go there checking it myself but I don’t think this is the right way Sheraton treats its customers.

The waterslide is super fun
If you check in early, it’s a good idea to play.
There is also a food court inside, so you don’t have to worry about running out of food.

KKathyJV1. Initially we were put in a very substandard room. I had to complain to the front desk and then they moved us to an acceptable one (why didn't they do that in the first place?)
2. We stayed for 5 nights and only on the last day did they clean the room...unacceptable
3. Nobody is ever at the front desk to answer the phone when you call for something so you literally had to go downstairs in the cold to talk to someone
4. The carpet outside the room (#10308) and along the entire walkway to the elevator was soaked with water from a leak somewhere.
On a positive side, the bartender was very nice and the Manager was very helpful when we eventually spoke with her.
