Cleanliness: The room was clean and smelled fresh; the lobby was tastefully decorated.
Amenities: The heating was excellent.
Environment: Very close to the entrance of the West Slope Scenic Area, and there's an Eurasia Supermarket right next door, making it convenient to buy daily necessities and snacks.
Service: I recommend the guesthouse's breakfast; it was delicious and plentiful, giving us plenty of energy for our morning hike up the West Slope!
Finally, Tiezhu is so cute! ☺️

The owner is very kind and the hotel is located right near the West Slope shuttle center. It's perfect for those who are in a hurry to hike. The room is clean and relatively new. However, there's some ongoing renovation nearby, but it doesn't affect its use at night. They also offer a shuttle service from the station.

Guest UserA perfect score! Huazhu Shenxue Nuanju boasts a convenient location and an elegant, quiet environment. The rooms are spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The service is attentive and warm, always ready to assist, making for a fantastic experience. Staying here on a snowy day is especially therapeutic, and the price is incredibly reasonable. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

tyd0820The hotel's facilities are top-notch. The room size is just right, fully furnished, so you don't have to worry about where to put your belongings. The indoor lighting is bright, and the mattress and bedding provide a comfortable sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the shower is spacious with instant hot water. The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. Although the breakfast variety isn't extensive, all major categories are covered, and the quality is excellent, placing it among the best in its class. There's a medium-sized grocery store downstairs, which is a rare find in a small town, making it convenient to stock up on food. Overall, my stay here was fantastic. We arrived in the afternoon, stayed one night, visited the Southern Tianshan Scenic Area the next day, and then chose to stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent quality and reasonable prices.
The hotel's immediate surroundings are a bit less appealing; it's located near residential areas, and there's a relatively narrow road in front with parked cars, making it look a bit cluttered. However, this seems to be the norm for the entire town, so the hotel likely has limited control over it. There's a decent-sized parking lot diagonally across from the hotel. While it charges external users, it's free for hotel guests, which is a plus! However, the parking lot isn't paved and is a bit of a distance from the hotel entrance, making it a bit inconvenient when carrying luggage. I hope the hotel can improve the parking facilities in the future.

After the Mid-Autumn Festival here, the moon cakes were very sweet, and I saw the fireworks, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I brought my parents to live for 3 days and the whole family was very satisfied! In the homestay, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a small yard at the door, and a small vegetable garden planted by the boss himself. It is very warm and clean. My parents can drink tea and sunbathe there every morning. The boss was very patient and helped us plan a slow tour route that was not in a hurry. The location was simply excellent and it was very close to our attractions. The room is quiet, the layout is warm and distinctive, the furniture in the comfortable room is not sharp corners, the hot water is stable for 24 hours, and the water temperature is also suitable for elders. The hygiene is done carefully, and there is no dust in the depths of the wardrobe. My parents said that it is more comfortable than living at home! No matter the facilities, sanitation, environment, and service are impeccable in all aspects, it is simply the best choice for travel!

Guest UserThe twin room was spacious enough for two kids to run around! It even had a small balcony. The furnishings inside were clean and new, and the whole room was equipped with smart devices. Downstairs, there's also a washing machine and dryer. The ladies at the front desk were all incredibly nice! They answered every question we had. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so one of the lovely ladies at the front desk specifically helped us call a restaurant owner to arrange pick-up and drop-off to and from the hotel. The room also came with complimentary access to the nearby hot spring, which has both indoor and outdoor sections. It might be a bit small for adults, but it's still enough for a good soak. For kids, it's paradise – they had so much fun! Getting to Changbai Mountain is super convenient too; the West Slope scenic area is only about a 5-10 minute walk away. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Guest UserThe hotel is located on a corner at the entrance to a street food area. The owner is a kind elderly woman who provides excellent service. However, she doesn't speak English, only Chinese, so a translation service is necessary. Sometimes, she doesn't wait for you to activate the translation function, so you might not understand and need to ask her to repeat herself.
You can arrange airport pick-up via WeChat (find the hotel's number on amap) for 70 yuan.
The hotel is clean. Towels are freshly laundered and provided daily. Slippers, soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes are provided. Two bottles of drinking water are included daily. Rooms have individual air conditioning controls. There is no cigarette smell, and there is an elevator.
You can arrange for the hotel to take you rafting or to a ski resort (there's a small ski resort called Xiaohe with a magic carpet, perfect for beginners. It's not crowded, and instructors are available for hire).
There are many restaurants nearby, and a supermarket within walking distance.
The English spelling of the hotel name varies, but if it begins with a ”wo” sound, it's the right one.

The hot water, internet, and air conditioning all worked perfectly, and the facilities were comprehensive. The service was thoughtful and attentive, making my stay very comfortable and worry-free. The scenery is beautiful, and I'll definitely be back!

This guesthouse has such a great vibe! The front desk area itself was already lovely, very Western European in style, and the rooms also had a fantastic atmosphere. The concierge messaged me on WeChat beforehand and gave me tons of tips and recommendations. It's only about a 15-minute walk from the guesthouse to the visitor center, which is super convenient.
They also offer activities like handicrafts, sutra copying,溪溯, and ginseng digging – so many experiences to enjoy! 🤩
Another pleasant surprise was getting a room upgrade, which also included breakfast. I absolutely love the front desk lady! 😍

This was my first time visiting Changbai Mountain, and we chose to stay in these cabins for our first night. The weather has been warm these past few days, and it's a bit remote here, so the snow is pristine. It was my child's first time seeing so much snow, and they could play right outside the cabin door while the adults relaxed inside. If you like peace and quiet and getting away from it all, you might enjoy this. There are also some small attractions nearby to explore, and the little dogs and cats add a charming, rustic touch. Afterwards, we went skiing at the Luneng Resort Hotel, but the snow play there wasn't as clean as it was here.
Of course, the accommodation isn't as luxurious as a resort hotel, so if you're particularly picky, this might not be for you. It really depends on what you prioritize; this place is all about the ambiance. For dining, there's only one iron pot stew restaurant right outside, which is decent. If you're staying for multiple nights, you won't have much variety for food. Overall, I'd say it's a good idea to combine a stay here with a resort hotel to experience different vibes. My child really loved it.
