Traveling alone just to Changji, I opened Trip.com and looked at what good hotel I saw. I felt that the Cannes hotel was good. It was convenient and in line with my requirements. I found that not only the parking lot, the door was also tall. The air conditioning in the lobby was cool. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. 這次入住體驗非常糟糕，尤其是服務方面令人失望。前台部分工作人員態度非常差，打電話諮詢時話還沒説完就被掛斷，態度極其敷衍，完全感受不到任何應有的禮貌和專業素養。 提行李到園區時也遇到問題：幫忙搬運行李的工作人員效率低下，且幾乎不提供實際幫助，客人衹能自己動手把重物抬到他們的三輪車上。完全沒有體現出應有的服務水準。 值得一提的是，期間有一位少數民族姑娘態度很好，服務很到位，是整個體驗中為數不多的亮點。 整體來説，除了個別員工以外，服務體驗非常差，不會考慮再次入住，也不推薦他人選擇。
