I was hesitating whether to reserve a room for him, but I was afraid that the free cancellation time would exceed, resulting in the room fee I had paid not being refunded. When I was full of anxiety, Dila, the hotel receptionist, helped me coordinate with the duty manager and agreed that I could cancel the order first, and then book a room directly at the front desk, and he could help me reserve it for free until 21:00 that night, which eliminated my concerns. 提行李到園區時也遇到問題：幫忙搬運行李的工作人員效率低下，且幾乎不提供實際幫助，客人衹能自己動手把重物抬到他們的三輪車上。完全沒有體現出應有的服務水準。
值得一提的是，期間有一位少數民族姑娘態度很好，服務很到位，是整個體驗中為數不多的亮點。
整體來説，除了個別員工以外，服務體驗非常差，不會考慮再次入住，也不推薦他人選擇。
