I was hesitating whether to reserve a room for him, but I was afraid that the free cancellation time would exceed, resulting in the room fee I had paid not being refunded. When I was full of anxiety, Dila, the hotel receptionist, helped me coordinate with the duty manager and agreed that I could cancel the order first, and then book a room directly at the front desk, and he could help me reserve it for free until 21:00 that night, which eliminated my concerns. The shampoo, shower gel and hand soap are worth mentioning. They really smell good. The room is clean and the glass of the 4 windows is wiped very bright. There is a park next to the exterior with trees and water, which makes me feel very good. It was a great feeling to see the night view at night. The lady at the front desk was very gentle and considerate. She took the initiative to introduce the hotel with a washing machine and ironing machine, free parking, and poured me a glass of water when she saw me waiting for someone in the lobby. I will choose to stay here again when I come to Changji next time.

Ssunka2iii這次入住體驗非常糟糕，尤其是服務方面令人失望。前台部分工作人員態度非常差，打電話諮詢時話還沒説完就被掛斷，態度極其敷衍，完全感受不到任何應有的禮貌和專業素養。
提行李到園區時也遇到問題：幫忙搬運行李的工作人員效率低下，且幾乎不提供實際幫助，客人衹能自己動手把重物抬到他們的三輪車上。完全沒有體現出應有的服務水準。
值得一提的是，期間有一位少數民族姑娘態度很好，服務很到位，是整個體驗中為數不多的亮點。
整體來説，除了個別員工以外，服務體驗非常差，不會考慮再次入住，也不推薦他人選擇。
