This was my first time visiting Chaka Salt Lake, and I chose this hotel – it was a great experience. I spent a long time deliberating on Trip.com before finally booking this place, and I definitely made the right choice. From my room window, I could see the distant Kunlun Mountains and even a glimpse of the salt lake, which was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was very clean and well-equipped. The Chaka Salt Lake area can get quite windy and dusty at times, so I was pleasantly surprised that there wasn't a speck of dust in the hotel! By the way, I'm a light sleeper and wake up at the slightest noise. However, it was incredibly quiet at night here, and I had a fantastic night's sleep. The hotel service was also excellent. I was suffering from altitude sickness that day, and they immediately provided me with an oxygen concentrator. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Overall, my accommodation experience during this trip was fantastic. I came with friends, and we took some great photos outside the hotel – they turned out wonderfully! In summary, it was a solid choice, no regrets, and I'd definitely stay here again next time.

The room is spacious, bright and quiet, eating around is very convenient, good value for money! The front desk staff was very warm. I saw that there was a slight high reaction in our group. I quickly provided us with an oxygen supply machine for free. After the oxygen was inhaled, I completed the Chaka Salt Lake play. Thank you very much 🙏.

Being right next to the airport shuttle stop is incredibly convenient for getting around. The staff were warm, professional, and friendly, showing great attention to detail in every interaction. With its prime location, pristine environment, and thoughtful service, this hotel is an excellent choice for any traveler.

I never commented, I must praise the intimate service of this hotel, disposable toilet pads, and disposable toiletries, even the washing and care are big bottles, praise and praise 👍 The room is very clean, and I will come again next time.

We arrived at Chaka Salt Lake on the first day of our trip to Qinghai. I looked at many hotels online and saw that their reviews were very high, so I placed an order directly. The front desk was very enthusiastic, the room was clean and hygienic, but I forgot to take a photo of the room and uploaded it. The breakfast was very rich and had everything. The children were very happy eating it. This hotel is worth recommending and I give it a five-star rating!

I stayed here once with a friend last year and I stayed here again on a business trip this time. It was a feast for the eyes as soon as I walked in. The room has been upgraded in many details compared to last year, and it really makes people feel warm and comfortable. The facilities and equipment are also more complete than last year. The floor towels and toilet mats that were not available last year are all available this year. The service is also much more considerate. As soon as you check in, the waiter comes up with purified water and helps you adjust the temperature of the floor heating. Not to mention the hygiene, there is no dirt anywhere you can see, and the tables, chairs and benches are neatly arranged. It seems that the boss is really attentive. Highly recommended!

Staying in the oxygen-supplied RV at the Chaka Salt Lake Bubble House Hotel was absolutely delightful! We specifically chose to wake up early to catch the sunrise over the old salt lake, and the RV's location was superb. Just by opening the window, we could see the sky transitioning with the changing light, and the pure white salt flats were painted a warm golden by the dawn. The scenery was both serene and stunning. The altitude is quite high, but thankfully, the in-vehicle oxygen supply system ensured our sleep wasn't affected by a lack of oxygen at all. We slept soundly until morning! The RV was very clean, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water, making daily life very convenient. The campsite environment was quiet, and the air was fresh in the morning. The staff even thoughtfully reminded us of the best spots to watch the sunrise. Staying within the scenic area saved us travel time, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the morning beauty of the salt lake. This oxygen-supplied RV is definitely the top choice when visiting Chaka!

Along the way, the hotel reception in the entire northwest is not very standard. I met a very standard hotel with meeting rooms, breakfast, and a big lake. What surprised me was that this place had a lot of big trees and lawns. It was also authorized as Qinghai Forest Health Base. Every house has a yard for barbecue, and we are very tired and can't barbecue. The bathroom is the highest standard in the hotel I live in. Say something insufficient, there is no street light on the roadside at night.

This stay was incredibly satisfying. The hotel staff provided excellent service, always with a warm smile. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy transportation, making getting around stress-free. The room facilities were complete, clean, and tidy, with all necessary amenities. All the staff were enthusiastic, and the front desk lady provided thoughtful service, even pointing out a shortcut for us. Late-night takeout could be delivered directly to the room, and there were so many food options around the hotel that we couldn't decide what to choose – very convenient. The price was reasonable, and they even gave us a room with a view, where we could see Chaka Salt Lake, snow-capped mountains, and the green plants in the courtyard from upstairs. The hotel service was very thoughtful and attentive, the room decor was cozy, and sleeping was very comfortable. The room was also very spacious, allowing for a quiet rest. I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs up! The hotel has an elegant environment and exquisite decoration. The rooms are clean and tidy, with attention to detail evident everywhere. The food was also delicious and varied. The service was impeccable, giving me a warm, home-like feeling. I will definitely choose this place again next time.

The room is clean and hygienic, the front desk is polite and sensible, and it is a very good experience in the Northwest. The boss was also very considerate to send us yak meat and treat us to yak hot pot. He is also very handsome, which really made this trip to the Northwest very nice.
