GGuest UserEnvironment: The rooms are well-planned and immaculately clean. We were traveling with our elderly family and children and booked a suite with two bathrooms and a small living room, which allowed us to stay comfortable without disturbing each other.
Service: When we returned to the hotel after our trip that day, it was almost 11:00 AM when we checked in. The front desk even prepared a warm midnight snack for us. A bowl of piping hot Tremella soup in the room was truly delightful. The pre-prepared snacks, such as peanuts, fruit leather, and raisins, were also delicious. The service was attentive and the attention to detail was excellent. 💯

55838woyjwhhStepping into the hotel, the atrium's scenery immediately caught my eye. The room was even more of a pleasant surprise, with two clean and tidy beds and cute throw pillows. The landscape painting on the wall complemented the overall style perfectly. The surrounding views from the hotel were also great, and the facilities and services were excellent. From check-in to check-out, every step was delightful. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is hot tea at the front desk. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic to check in. It is a few minutes away from Chaka Salt Lake, which is very convenient for traveling in Qinghai-Gansu!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located right next to the Sky No. 1 Scenic Area and only a 12km drive from the Sky Mirror Scenic Area. The large parking lot at the scenic area makes parking very convenient. The front desk staff, especially the charming young lady, were exceptionally warm, attentive, and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary fruit and unlimited entry tickets to the scenic area. The rooms are very spacious with excellent facilities, offering a panoramic view of the salt lake scenic area right outside the window. They were clean, tidy, and had comfortable bedding. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, an excellent hotel that's definitely worth a stay.

The room is spacious with complete facilities, and the cleanliness is impeccable, making our stay very reassuring. The staff are very friendly and always promptly helped us with any issues. They even gave us salt sculptures and an oxygen concentrator as gifts. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, offering great value for money. GGuest UserWe arrived at Chaka Salt Lake on the first day of our trip to Qinghai. I looked at many hotels online and saw that their reviews were very high, so I placed an order directly. The front desk was very enthusiastic, the room was clean and hygienic, but I forgot to take a photo of the room and uploaded it. The breakfast was very rich and had everything. The children were very happy eating it. This hotel is worth recommending and I give it a five-star rating!

YYemolujiaThe main advantage is its location, within the Sky One scenic area. On clear nights, the stars are clearly visible outside the hotel. However, like many other stargazing rooms, the rooms are cramped and small, and quite cold at night. Whether you can see the stars from inside depends on your eyesight. The young man who brought water was very helpful; kudos to him. Also, they include entrance tickets to the scenic area, which is a plus.

GGuest UserThere's parking, convenient transportation, and plenty of food nearby. It's close to Chaka Salt Lake. The room was relatively small, and there was no hairdryer; you had to ask the front desk for one. I wasn't satisfied with the water heater, which was electric and ran out of hot water halfway through the shower. Breakfast wasn't great either. The steamed buns and fried dough sticks seemed like limited edition items, with very few options. I guess it's because it's in town, so that's the only option.

DddilddillyaWe went to see the main tourist destinations of Qinghai Province, Qinghai Lake and Chaka Salt Lake for 2 days and 1 night. I am truly grateful for the kindness of the travel agent I met at the train station.
2 people 1 day 400 yuan, 2 days, so I went with the girl and the grandmother who was traveling for 800 yuan.
After seeing Qinghai Lake, I called the accommodation I had booked, but there was no place to eat because it was late.
I am grateful to the owner couple who waited for me even though I checked in late at 11 pm after eating.
When I went out to see the stars at 3 am, the lighting was relatively dim, so I could see the stars in the night sky.
It would be good if they limited the lighting at night and specialized it as a good place to see the stars.
