Facilities: The facilities are excellent, recently renovated with a modern style. The washbasin, toilet, and shower are all separated, which is very well-designed. Cleanliness: Very good. The shower room has four bottles, one of which is lotion. Environment: The location is a bit out of the way, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Service: Excellent. Upon check-out, we were even given drinks and water for our journey. They guarantee late check-out until 4 PM, which I assume is very convenient for guests arriving by train. Very friendly! 🌺

This stay exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, just a 10-minute drive from the Chaka Salt Lake scenic area, making travel very convenient. The rooms are equipped with diffuse oxygen supply, which perfectly alleviates altitude sickness – a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a separate wet and dry bathroom offering 24-hour hot water. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk responded promptly and even provided free oxygen and a humidifier, making for a worry-free and comfortable stay.

Fantastic! The owner is excellent, always busy making sure everything runs smoothly! The hotel's exterior isn't much to look at, but the rooms are incredibly cozy and make you feel right at home! The facilities are complete and automated. They were very generous with bottled water, though it's a shame we only went through one large bottle in two days, haha, we just couldn't finish it all! The disposable toiletries were a thoughtful touch, really great! This was the only hotel with air conditioning we stayed at during our trip around Qinghai Lake. On the first day, coming from Qilian, I experienced some altitude sickness, so I went to bed early, and it was really comfortable! We stayed for two nights. We probably arrived back at the hotel too early, around 3 PM, and our room hadn't been serviced yet. The owner quickly got it sorted out for us, which we really appreciate! Highly recommend this place; you won't be disappointed!

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The staff were gentle and attentive. They even delivered fruit and yogurt to the room, and breakfast was included, which I really enjoyed. It gets quite cold here in the mornings and evenings due to the large temperature difference between day and night, so I had to layer up. When checking out, the front desk attendant even gave me a gift.

This was truly the best hotel I stayed at during my entire trip to Gansu. I brought my elderly family member, who was feeling unwell due to altitude sickness after arriving the previous night. Surprisingly, the receptionist provided constant care and assistance, offering oxygen, upgrading our room, checking my blood oxygen levels, helping with our luggage, and much more. It was incredibly attentive and considerate. The breakfast the next morning was also exceptionally delicious; the steamed buns seemed to be homemade, and the vermicelli soup was amazing. The elderly gentleman in charge of breakfast explained each dish to us, and he was incredibly hospitable. The hotel environment was also top-notch, with a diffused oxygen concentrator and air purifier – a truly perfect experience!
