They communicated via WeChat, and their responses were super prompt. They even upgraded us to a suite, which was absolutely luxurious! Overall, I was very satisfied. The room was very clean and incredibly spacious. All the staff were very polite. Highly recommended!"

"The room was quite clean and not far from the scenic area, about a 15-minute drive. There weren't many parking spaces in front of the hotel, but you could park on the street. Breakfast wasn't very plentiful, just something to eat; there was watermelon and small persimmons as fruit."

The bed was soft and comfortable, incredibly relaxing, and the soundproofing was excellent, providing a quiet and restful night's sleep – the most restful night's sleep of the entire trip. The room facilities were all new, the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly, and toiletries were provided. You could feel the hotel's attention to detail everywhere. When I needed anything, I contacted the front desk, and the staff responded promptly and patiently, without any sign of impatience. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas are spotless. Staying here makes me feel incredibly safe, unlike some hotels that feel cold and impersonal. Instead, it feels like a comfortable temporary home. The price-performance ratio is truly exceptional. It's perfect for solo travelers, groups of friends, or families. It's less than a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, and parking is incredibly convenient, even offering charging stations, which is a huge plus for electric car owners like us. This hotel is one of the best in town, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The in-room oxygen supply and adjustable air conditioning were lifesavers – we slept perfectly on the plateau without feeling stuffy. It even snowed on the mountains last night, and the view from our room was stunning. "For a short getaway to witness the sunset and sunrise, I opted for this hotel. Its surroundings were surprisingly pleasant – exceptionally clean, hygienic, and boasting beautiful views. The room itself was equipped with smart home features throughout, and a full set of disposable amenities was provided, which was a very thoughtful touch. I had anticipated it might get cold late at night, but I didn't feel any chill at all. The stir-fried dishes for dinner were delicious, perfectly seasoned. If you arrive early, you can even join the Guozhuang dance to experience the local ethnic culture. In stark contrast, the Brandy Hotel we stayed at on our second night simply couldn't compare. It was cramped, felt cold, and didn't even offer disposable bath towels, which was quite disappointing."

"The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Sky No. 1 Scenic Area and only a 12km drive from the Sky Mirror Scenic Area. The large parking lot at the scenic area makes parking very convenient. The front desk staff, especially the charming young lady, were exceptionally warm, attentive, and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary fruit and unlimited entry tickets to the scenic area. The rooms are very spacious with excellent facilities, offering a panoramic view of the salt lake scenic area right outside the window. They were clean, tidy, and had comfortable bedding. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, an excellent hotel that's definitely worth a stay."
