"The hotel owner is very nice and highly recommends this hotel. I definitely won't regret staying here. I'll definitely stay here again when my children are older. 1. On the first day, we took the wrong exit on the navigation, so the owner picked us up from the highway. The next day, he took us to the Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area. After our afternoon visit to Chaka Salt Lake, we checked out, and since we still had three hours before our train, the owner let us rest in our room. 2. The rooms are newly decorated, and the amenities are thoughtful. They provide two extra pillows, a water dispenser, an oxygen concentrator, thickened curtains, and slippers and toiletries for the children. Breakfast is also heated. Overall, they've thought of everything for their guests."

It was reassuringly clean, with every corner neatly arranged, free of dust and odors. The bed was soft and comfortable, incredibly relaxing, and the soundproofing was excellent, providing a quiet and restful night's sleep – the most restful night's sleep of the entire trip. The room facilities were all new, the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly, and toiletries were provided. You could feel the hotel's attention to detail everywhere. When I needed anything, I contacted the front desk, and the staff responded promptly and patiently, without any sign of impatience. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas are spotless. Staying here makes me feel incredibly safe, unlike some hotels that feel cold and impersonal. Instead, it feels like a comfortable temporary home. The price-performance ratio is truly exceptional. It's perfect for solo travelers, groups of friends, or families. "Choosing this hotel for our drive to Chaka was such a smart decision! It's less than a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, and parking is incredibly convenient, even offering charging stations, which is a huge plus for electric car owners like us. This hotel is one of the best in town, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The in-room oxygen supply and adjustable air conditioning were lifesavers – we slept perfectly on the plateau without feeling stuffy. It even snowed on the mountains last night, and the view from our room was stunning. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with anti-slip mats, showing excellent attention to detail! The breakfast selection was extensive. "After a room upgrade, the room was spacious and comfortable, with new facilities, and it was clean and hygienic with cozy bedding. The hotel's location is excellent, with high floors offering views of Chaka Salt Lake. The service was attentive, and they provided oxygen machines for free to help with altitude sickness. However, they host too many tour groups. Although individual guests and groups are on separate floors, I was woken up around 11 PM by the sounds of guests checking into the rooms next door and upstairs. In the morning, the elevators were chaotic and crowded, making it difficult to get in. If they don't control the number of tour groups they host, these issues will likely remain unresolved."
