We had an exceptional stay — truly an 11/10 experience. The environment was serene and beautifully kept, making it easy to relax and feel at peace throughout our stay. The hospitality was outstanding. The hosts were incredibly warm, friendly, and easygoing, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming. A special highlight was the food, organic, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared using ingredients grown by the owners themselves. It had such a unique, wholesome taste that you simply can’t find outside. We would absolutely come back just for the meals alone. The location is also very convenient, with two major attractions nearby and just a short walk away to大地指纹, yet the space itself remains quiet and tranquil. Overall, a truly memorable stay. My only regret is not staying longer. Highly recommended!!!

The room was clean and tidy, and the owner was very welcoming. He helped carry our belongings as soon as we got out of the car and personally walked us upstairs, telling us to call him if we needed anything. The evening meal was also delicious, with generous portions. Breakfast included steamed buns, pancakes, and a steamed egg custard for our baby. There were also a variety of cold dishes to go with the porridge, which was really good! The entire room was decorated with a panda theme, and our baby loved it! There was even a small playground in the middle of the hall for the kids to play in! The owner was truly thoughtful!

The room was spacious, practically accommodating four beds, making it a top choice for family trips. We stayed with our baby this time, and he absolutely loved the slide. It's also close to the zoo, with beautiful scenery. The service was excellent. They told us our baby likes to run barefoot in the room, and they mopped the floor extra every day! The only downside was the attic window didn't have curtains, but thankfully we brought our own. We suggested they add them. The egg noodles for breakfast were light and delicious, and the boiled eggs were also very good; they must have come from their own chickens. We'll definitely choose this place again next time!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Conveniently located for visiting the panda park & gorge circuit. The owners went out of their way to help us, including dropping us at the bus station back in Ya’an and cooking a delicious breakfast of noodles for us. For anyone trying to find the hotel, note the location of the hotel is actually different to what is shown on Trip.com (very close by) see photo. If you’re planning to visit the panda sanctuary I would recommend a stay here.

The hotel service was quite good from start to finish, with a welcome tea break upon arrival and a gift bag upon departure. However, the hotel needs to improve beyond just superficial appearances. First, regarding the room design: two single beds without bedside tables or power outlets, it seems the room wasn't originally designed this way. But since it was changed, these functionalities should be included. Cleanliness is fundamental; there were cigarette butts on the windowsill and long hair on the pillow. The push-button telephone wasn't set up, and I didn't know the front desk number. I had to message the butler to bring two bottles of water, which took at least 10 minutes to arrive. This wasn't the staff's fault; these are management issues, and I hope the staff won't be punished. Since your hotel values ​​service so much, you should focus on the core fundamentals. This is essential for long-term development. These suggestions aren't meant to complain about anyone; I just hope your hotel continues to improve. This is an objective and truthful review.

This guesthouse exceeded my expectations. It's close to the attractions yet very quiet. The decor is modern and minimalist, yet warm and inviting. I especially loved the second-floor restaurant. The entire floor was bright and clean, with perfectly placed calligraphy and paintings. The rooms were spotless, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the sea of ​​clouds in the morning – a perfect way to start the day. Both the facilities and amenities were excellent, showing the owner's dedication and commitment to quality. The food was delicious and perfectly suited my son's and my tastes. We ate at the guesthouse before heading home after visiting the panda base. The owners were very friendly and courteous. I loved this guesthouse and would definitely stay here again next time.

The biggest feature of this B&B is the lake view. Whether it is by the window of the guest room, the window of the restaurant, or the balcony, you can see the lake view everywhere. I particularly commend two details: the electric blanket is divided into left and right sides, so that people on the other side who don’t want to warm up can also turn it off and adjust it by themselves! Towels and bath towels are disposable! We ordered ******* hot pot for dinner. The two girls couldn't finish it. There were so many dishes and it was very rich. The noodles for breakfast were delicious and the boss made them very well👍

It is a homestay, very close to the entrance to see the pandas, within 3 minutes, the room is spacious, the decoration is good, very quiet, you can only eat in the hotel at night, the Ya fish is expensive, the other prices are similar to those at the foot of the mountain, the portion is sufficient, one dish and one soup are not enough for 2 people, the meal is 3 yuan per person, a bit expensive; there will be crisp sounds of birds in the morning, breakfast is 4 pickles, steamed buns are given according to people, one per person, you can ask for more after eating, and there is one egg per person, porridge is free to eat, breakfast is simple in general, steamed buns are the most delicious, put 4 vegetables in the steamed buns is a Chinese hamburger; service is generally no service, there is no phone if you need something, you have to go downstairs to ask, the boss is a young, handsome and sunny guy, warm and friendly, will pick up and send to the wildlife park visitor center, worthy of praise! 5-star hotel review! We arrived at the campsite on the afternoon of December 30th and were immediately greeted by a stunning sunset and a sea of clouds. That night, heavy snow suddenly began to fall, but it stopped two hours later, leaving behind a clear sky full of stars! On the last day of 2025, we summited Mount Niubei and came face-to-face with Mount Gongga, the ”King of Sichuan Mountains.” The clouds rolled like waves, and the sun-kissed peaks were dazzling. The grandeur and awe of that moment are truly beyond words. Sharing this year's final chapter with my family atop the mountains was an unforgettable experience.

The hotel is in a pretty good location, just opposite a big shopping centre. There are lots of good and cheap food places in the area, as well as some of the bigger food and tea chains. It's a quick DiDi drive to the historical part of the city, so decent enough as a base to explore from. The rooms are alright, a tiny bit dated but clean and large enough. Overall, no complaints!
