A truly warm and welcoming experience! Brother Duan and Sister Ping took such great care of us. We didn't expect such excellent service in such a beautiful environment. They even met us at the entrance of the scenic area after we checked out to pick up the car and helped us load and unload our luggage. The food in the restaurant was also delicious and suited our appetites. Since we are vegetarians, they cooked everything we requested, and it was delicious! A baby-friendly resort hotel! The location is also very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend it and I'm really lucky to have booked it here.

The homestay has a pick-up station service, which is very convenient. We arrived by train at night and asked us in advance if we needed to prepare dinner. Welcome desserts and seasonal fruits were sent. The B&B is located in the Bifengxia Scenic Area, full of green eyes and beautiful environment. The entrance to the scenic spot is only a 3-minute walk away. Breakfast is noodles, there is clear soup red soup to choose from, with side dishes, coarse grains, boiled eggs, milk, seasonal fruits. Lunch and dinner, afternoon tea, and various drinks can be provided. The dishes are very delicious, especially recommended fried yak beef! The homestay is a butler service, responsive and thoughtful. The staff are very cheerful and enthusiastic, and can be said to be at home. Very recommended homestay!

The hotel reception was incredibly welcoming. What really surprised me was how spacious and comfortable the common areas were; there were public lounge zones every so often where you could read, or four or five people could comfortably sit and chat. The hotel is also very quiet. Even with the windows open on the upper floors, you can only hear a faint hum of cars, which is extremely minimal and won't disturb your sleep at all. If you close the windows, you won't hear any noise whatsoever. From the 16th floor, the panoramic view of the bustling city and distant mountains is fantastic. This place is truly excellent, highly recommended!

The hotel's hardware facilities are also great, with relatively complete facilities. The room is spacious and bright, with a modern decoration style. The shower room is separated into dry and wet areas, equipped with high-end toiletries, and the gym is fully equipped to meet fitness needs. The staff's service is very thoughtful and will care about the needs of every guest. I will choose to stay in this hotel next time I go on a business trip or travel!

The room size is small but the layout is reasonable, all kinds of facilities are available, and the daily living is completely enough. The overall layout of the room is warm and soft, the details are very careful, the free coffee provided by the hotel tastes very good, it is particularly comfortable to soak in a cup in your leisure time, and the short trip experience is super comfortable!

When we checked in, we saw Polaroid camera trash left by the previous guest on the corner of the sofa. We saw this obvious trash as soon as we entered. The carpet was very dirty; it didn't seem to be washed after each guest. Given the frequent rain in Ya'an, the carpet was even dirtier. The hotel towels had stains. Facilities: The cheesecake served in the hot tub was ice-cold and very hard, looking like it had just been taken out of the freezer. It's recommended to prepare this in advance. When we went in October, the hotel was no longer providing access to the swimming pool (in rooms and public areas). I wonder if there are any alternatives for guests arriving during this period.

The hotel is right by the Qingyi River, there is a parking lot in front of the door, and the self-driving person is very convenient. Cost-effective, the reception is particularly warm, the special twin room is booked, and the hotel will upgrade the deluxe twin room for free, with large floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Qingyi River. The room is large, very clean and quiet. Breakfast is not bad. A small gift was also given before leaving.
