This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. However, I wish you would have called the taxi company instead of hailing a taxi on the street. There's only one crescent-shaped heated pool, two or three other heated pools open, and several empty ones. I'm here for a hot spring, so what's the point of having multiple heated pools? I don't know how long the water in the heated pools has been changed. I asked the staff, and some said it's changed daily, some said it was changed last week, and some said it's recycled. I don't know who to listen to. Adults and children were crammed together in the heated pool, and one child was even riding an inflatable boat. The propeller was completely exposed, with no shielding. My friend got hit on the arm by the propeller, and since it was the child, it was hard to explain; we just had to accept our bad luck. There were staff members by the pool, but they didn't intervene. The room limit for bottled water is four bottles, and if you add more, you're charged. Why bother? For a room of six or seven hundred yuan, why bother with guests about a few bottles? The staff were rude and lacked hospitality. In short, it's not worth it!

Environment: The hotel is located in Caoke Township. The weather was sunny that day, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. The hotel is surrounded by mountains on three sides, and the air is fresh. Facilities: The rooms have underfloor heating, air conditioning, and private hot springs. The hotel is equipped with a hot spring center (public pools of different temperatures, a children's ball pit, billiards, claw machines, board games, and a cinema), a restaurant, outdoor hot spring pools, an outdoor children's play area, and a courtyard filled with birdsong and fragrant flowers. Dining: Breakfast is served by reservation and à la carte. Although the selection is limited, the portions are decent. Lunch and dinner can be ordered at the hotel restaurant. We ordered a hot pot, which was plentiful and had plenty of dipping sauces. Road Conditions: After passing through the Ya'an-Xichang Expressway and the Luzhou-Shimian Expressway, there is an unlit tunnel on the way up the mountain. The road inside the tunnel is uneven, and construction trucks speed by, so extra caution is required. Service: Average (later learned that Sichuan Investment Group might be fully responsible for operations). Shortcomings: 1. The hotel opened for trial operation in November 2025, and the smell of renovation in the rooms was still noticeable. This may be due to factors such as the quality of the materials and construction, but also the lack of ventilation. The reason for the lack of daily ventilation is the absence of window screens; once the windows are opened, mosquitoes will enter. According to staff, they are currently in the process of purchasing window screens (perhaps these weren't considered in the design). 2. The private hot spring courtyard is spacious with a sunshade, and the control panel is easy to operate, but it lacks control over the water flow. When the water is dispensed, the spring water splashes everywhere, requiring extra caution to avoid getting wet or scalded. Windows must also be closed to prevent water from splashing onto the sofa and floor. 3. The floor tiles around the private hot spring pool had a large amount of what appeared to be moss. While the mountain area is humid, was sufficient consideration given to the material selection? The large amount of what appeared to be moss combined with the splashing spring water poses a significant safety hazard. 4. The second-floor rest area of ​​the hot spring center is spacious and bright with many facilities, but the smell of new paint is still quite noticeable and requires a considerable amount of time to ventilate. Also, the claw machine releases the claw before moving the prize, perhaps to give guests the sensation of grabbing the prize. Overall, the hotel has a quiet environment and complete facilities, but lacks attention to detail. Considering factors such as distance, price, and comfort, there are actually better options available. Hopefully, the hotel can improve its shortcomings and continuously enhance its facilities to attract more guests.

Service: Excellent, butler responded very quickly. Environment: Located in Shangli Ancient Town, very close by, and convenient for dining. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is a major concern. The carpet was very dirty; it didn't seem to be washed after each guest. Given the frequent rain in Ya'an, the carpet was even dirtier. The hotel towels had stains. Facilities: The cheesecake served in the hot tub was ice-cold and very hard, looking like it had just been taken out of the freezer. It's recommended to prepare this in advance. When we went in October, the hotel was no longer providing access to the swimming pool (in rooms and public areas). I wonder if there are any alternatives for guests arriving during this period.

The hotel is right by the Qingyi River, there is a parking lot in front of the door, and the self-driving person is very convenient. Cost-effective, the reception is particularly warm, the special twin room is booked, and the hotel will upgrade the deluxe twin room for free, with large floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Qingyi River. The room is large, very clean and quiet. Breakfast is not bad. A small gift was also given before leaving.
