We had an exceptional stay — truly an 11/10 experience. The environment was serene and beautifully kept, making it easy to relax and feel at peace throughout our stay. The hospitality was outstanding. The hosts were incredibly warm, friendly, and easygoing, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming. A special highlight was the food, organic, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared using ingredients grown by the owners themselves. It had such a unique, wholesome taste that you simply can’t find outside. We would absolutely come back just for the meals alone. The location is also very convenient, with two major attractions nearby and just a short walk away to大地指纹, yet the space itself remains quiet and tranquil. Overall, a truly memorable stay. My only regret is not staying longer. Highly recommended!!!

The room was very clean, the service was very attentive, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Overall, I felt very comfortable. This underrated hotel on National Highway 318 is truly impressive! Due to a last-minute change in itinerary, we decided to stay overnight in Tianquan. This hotel is conveniently located near a traditional Chinese medicine hospital, with easy parking. The building is a garden-style building with a somewhat complex structure, roughly divided into two sections, connected by an open corridor. The guest rooms are mostly concentrated in the back, three stories high and without an elevator. The hallways are carpeted, creating a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated. The design is well-designed, spacious and bright, with all the amenities up-to-date and meticulously clean. The consumables are all emblazoned with the hotel's logo, making them a truly collectible item. I'm a first-time user of blackout curtains in the bathroom, which perfectly replicate the light-blocking effect of solid walls, ensuring privacy and preventing interruptions to rest. This is a significant innovation worthy of nationwide adoption. The hotel's renovation and maintenance alone demonstrate the meticulous attention paid by the hotel's designers and operators, far surpassing most of its domestic peers. The service was warm and attentive. Since there were not many guests when we arrived, I had no complaints. Even with the limited guests, the breakfast was excellent, with everything you need and cleanliness. Our hotel's facilities are of four-star quality, and the current price offers excellent value. Tianquan, located 750 meters above sea level, is a quiet and comfortable small county town known for its orthopedics and delicious dishes like pepper chicken. Whether you're on vacation or taking a break on your way to or from Tibet, it's a worthwhile stop.

Due to road construction and traffic control, there are only three release times throughout the day (from August 1st to September 30th). We had to wait until 6:30 PM for the road to open. The hotel's ”booking instructions” mentioned it, but who would know?! One section of the road is very bad, with water submerging the car wheels, so drive carefully. The hotel is nestled deep in the mountains of Caoke Township, with rolling hills, a clear blue sky, and embracing white clouds – the scenery is stunning! However, the cleanliness details in the public areas need better management. The children's sandpit was a bit dirty (mud stains, tissues, cigarette butts). Since we were traveling with a child, we were charged for the child's breakfast and hot spring access, with no complimentary extras.

This time I was traveling alone. At 3666 meters above sea level, the sanitary level of this room facilities has basically reached psychological expectations. Compared with the so-called oxygen supply of most plateau hotels, a separate oxygen supply room provided by his room has a relatively good effect. The front desk is also very responsible and enthusiastic. I have been contacted one day in advance, and the reception is also very responsible. Breakfast is not available for personal reasons, and it is not easy to evaluate.

The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful and upgrades the room for free. The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, comfortable, clean and air-conditioned. The hotel has elevators and large parking lots, free mineral water, delicious dishes made by the hotel restaurant master, and rich and delicious breakfast. The hotel is fully equipped, the stay is good, and I will stay next time! Recommended!

Spent one night in this hotel as I came to see the pandas. The nearest entrance of the panda parc to the hotel is located 400m which is very convenient. However, to buy the ticket (if not done online)- then you have to go to the tourist center which is located about 3.5kms from the hotel (you can use a free shuttle bus to reach there). The hotel owner helped me for the ticket and asked someone to purchase the ticket on my behalf - however, this ticket did not allow me to do all activities inside the park (not sure exactly the reason why). The hotel room was cleaned and the terrace really beautiful, and it would be definitely perfect for summer season. In winter, however it is really cold inside the room as there is no heater (still there is a heated blanket). So during this season, you need to bring warm clothes to face the cold! For one night this is still manageable as the water of the shower is on the other hand so nice and warm even burning… May be a suggestion I would make = it could be great if you could recommend taxi drivers to reach your hotel. I used Didi - but that was an error - the Didi driver lost himself inside the mountain (wondering if he did not do it on purpose) and demanded twice the price and was almost shouting the whole trip - I gave him what he wanted for peace of mind and close the topic (but the experience was not pleasant and even scary !) On the way back, thanks to the hotel owner recommendation, I did not get any issue as I took the bus from the tourist center to Ya’an bus station for 6 CNY (these buses are yellow color and the bus station is located after the curve of the tourist center). This hotel let me redefine what is called ”vacation”. It is located in the core of Qinggang Scenic Area, the room faces the canyon, the lake is green, and the environment is quiet. I booked a twin room with private soup. The privacy is excellent. The children and the elderly are specially brought to travel during the Spring Festival. What moved me the most was the service: the boss and the proprietress were very enthusiastic. We ate the soup pot at the hotel at night. The vegetables prepared by the hotel were grown by ourselves. They were very fresh. The elderly liked to eat. I told the proprietress. They specially prepared a lot for us to eat. And when we were about to check out, the boss also sent local tea, really thank you very much. If you like to enjoy slow travel, then I think the hotel and scenic spot must be a good choice.

It is really too noisy at night. Barbecue and drinking are all kinds of, which destroys the quiet atmosphere. I can understand that the hotel needs to balance the needs of various guests, but it is too noisy and really destroys the goodwill. You can consider that guests with quiet needs and children will be in advance, and do not arrange to be near the bar. Another point is that the guests downstairs at 11 pm are still drinking and gathering on the terrace of the room. Finally, I can go to the balcony to communicate directly with the other party. It is recommended that the hotel can warmly remind the guests that it is 11 o'clock. When most guests have to rest, please do not make loud noises.
