GGuest UserThe front desk had a very average attitude. When I asked her for disposable slippers (hotels in Germany don't provide them proactively, but if you need them, just let the front desk know and they will provide them), she replied with a poker face: ”We don't have them.” I asked three times, and she gave the same answer three times. Finally, after repeated communication, I called a colleague to send a pair.
The room is modern and simple, and it's OK. But, 1. There is no table. 2. There is no electric kettle

JJoe the world citizenThis motel one is close to the main station of Leipzig. It’s in the middle of the commercial area. There are Starbucks and The Alley within one min walking. The bus, subway, and tram stations are just walking distance. The room is clean and comfortable, and the staffs are friendly.

TtorinessThis property is in a great location in central Leipzig. An easy 10 minute walk from the central train station. Apartment was massive, modern, secure and very clean. No air conditioning though and we stayed in middle of summer - the room was very hot even with the plug in fan provided we were a little too warm. Also getting the access to the room is a little complicated but once we managed to get the information about how to check in (is all online), it was good. I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.

GGlennWas stranded at the door step and was unable to get into. Ring up the given number and there's no one picking up.
A kind soul, happen to be unit neighbour helps us out. Manage to contact them and realise that they DIDN'T email us the necessary documents and password inorder to gain access into the unit.
Imagine what what if this happened on a late night. Very nervous and bad experience despite all the pros about this unit.

The room was clean and the service was good.

GGuest UserIt's a little far from the central station. But the tram line is good, so it's not inconvenient. Modernized public transportation in Leipzig has evolved to use the QR code tip ticket purchased in the app. It's the center of the old East Germany, so it's a very hard but beautiful city.
