Find Leipzig Hotels With Balcony

- Very friendly staff - comfortable beds (except for the bed of reservation) - generous room with balcony - free parking - tram near - unfortunately very high entrance to the shower and relatively high door thresholds (also to the bathroom) - only one free stick on the desk and one in the bathroom

We booked for 5 nights, stayed for 1, but paid for 2 as we left after work. There was no tea or coffee available anywhere. No kettle or coffee machine in the room, not available at the bar or in the foyer as some reviews have stated, so they must have changed that. There is NO room service at all! Breakfast was the only place you could have a hot drink and at 25 euros pp that's an expensive cup of liquid! They brought us a kettle when asked but no cups, I then had to request them and was asked ”don't you have any”! There is no fridge in the room anyway, so it's black coffee or herbal tea but bring your own coffee or tea bags as these aren't available either. There is a bottle of warm water in the room but it costs 4.5 Euros. The towels are old, thin, grey and rough. The pool costs 10 euros, even to hotel guests! Room wasn't serviced by 5.30pm so we checked out and moved into an amazing apartment hotel a few hundred yards away. It has absolutely everything you could want, including a pool for the same price. Positives of the westin - great view from upper floors, great bar staff and food. Also, they speak English at reception. We will never return or book business associates in.

The entire hotel looked like a haunted house. Only 2 or 3 guests we saw at the breakfast and reception area. Interiors theme is very poor. Don't go with younger children- they will get scared of the skull artwork and as well the dark statues inside the room. Not suitable for families with young children. Breakfast- very poor. We have to ask them to refill even the white breads or the cereals. Looks like they prepared the breakfast only for 5/6 persons due to poor occupancy. Parking - We were lucky to get a parking , because only few rooms were occupied. but I agree with other reviewers - they have limited parking space - 5 to 6 only. Finding a parking space in the street will be nightmare. WiFi - (agree with other reviewers) - Very Slow Heater in d bedroom - wasn't functioning well. room is only cleaned and cleaned every 2 days. Spa - sauna costs 15€ extra per guest and must be registered. Ridiculous Lighting in bathroom - Very Poor AC - loud. Phone - No phone inside the room ??? The key card didnt work twice during 2 days stay. I don't understand how they got 4 star rating ???

The Arthotel is directly bordering Primark and you don't have it far from the Bruhl or railway station or market. It is modernly furnished, as the name already suggests. Good that this is also expressed in a board stick instead of a box, not everyone likes. Our room was oriented to the street and had a huge glass front. The bathroom was very clean, had a flat shower and beautiful large flats on which otherwise is saved in hotel baths. The reception was very friendly and gave us a room before the time. I had concerns about breakfast - obviously a permanent theme in the reviews. It is either done in the meantime or the claims are different. I would classify it as something above the average. Two service staff are responsible for the care at breakfast. Whether the box is cleaned between and even wiped away depends on who is in service.Today (11.04) was a good day... 😀 It is important to emphasize that the coffee machines are available to guests all day. The arrival by car is a bit difficult. Recommended, due to distance and price, the parking house on the west side of the train station.

We were 4 nights here and we liked it very well. Very quiet location, very well sleeped in the comfortable beds. Something irritated us at arrival a small personal dispute between each other that was also very well completed although we waited for the check-in. The rooms are a little bright so we were able to hear a dispute in the neighbouring room. Fortunately, they were only one night there. The location is good with excellent connection to the city. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby. We haven't had breakfast in the hotel, since 18 € pP is quite much. We have breakfast for this price for the second in the nearby cafe.

Wonderfully designed apartment - generous, elegant, clean and quite lovely, attentive service. Great location - the city centre, restaurants, bars, are walking well accessible. At the same time super quiet and beautiful view of the garden. Nice pictures, art, books. Own visit app and well filled refrigerator. We'll be happy to come back when we come back to Leipzig.

I'm torn on what to rate this because it delivered on what it promised, but I did not enjoy my stay. I got unlucky in that I arrived, in the rain, on a Tuesday in March which meant no-one was in house to welcome me. If you have used the hotelbird app before or regularly stay in accommodation where you check yourself in and out then it is probably what you expect, but I did not like the lack of interaction and having to read a 6-instruction manual and, call a number and get put on hold just to get through the front door. I stayed in a ”comfy” apartment. It wouldn't surprise me if this is rebranded student accommodation, it is bland aesthetically. The kitchen equipment I must say is very good, I happily cooked myself a small meal and just had to pop the equipment in the dishwasher that evening. I think the TV is in a bad place, at a weird angle from the dining table, and that it would be better facing the bed. Currently, there is a mirror facing the bed, which if you like that sort of thing then enjoy yourself but I found it weird. Also, the place could do with a suitcase stand. If your first priority in leipzig is to stay somewhere cheap or somewhere with a kitchen then I think this is a great option, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.
