GGuest UserIt was great to have all the necessary amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and dishes. The room I stayed in even had a washing machine in the bathroom, which was a huge help. The bus and train stations were also nearby, and it only took about 15 minutes by train to get to Helsinki, which was very convenient. One evening, when I returned around 9 PM, I panicked a bit because my room key, which had worked for the entrance and elevator, wouldn't open my room door. Thankfully, it eventually opened after about 20 minutes. I felt a bit uneasy knowing there's no staff available at night in case something happens.
There was also a sauna, which made for a lovely time. It was truly comfortable, and I would definitely love to stay here again.

The rooms are clean and quiet with modern amenities, but are somewhat small, making them more suitable for short stays. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the breakfast is plentiful and served early – a thoughtful touch. Overall, it offers good value for money and is an ideal choice for overnight or short-stay stays.

MM545083****The cleanliness in other areas was pretty good, but it seemed like the staff forgot to clean the sink – I was quite surprised when I went to wash my hands. As for noise, Saturday night can get a bit loud around midnight, so earplugs are a good idea. Sunday night was much quieter. The location is excellent, very convenient for the subway and buses. There are also plenty of great food options nearby.

11Finn1FilipinoMe and my mom needed an apartment to be able to visit family member who was in hospital. We needed a kitchen and a washing machine. The room had both and no problem with those. I suspected kitchen knife would be dull and it was, but I brought a knife sharpener and got it sharp. Otherwise everything in kitchen was okay but stove wasn't that powerful.
The building's main door's lock wasn't functioning and we informed about it and it was fixed but only after about a week. Our apartment's lock worked all the time without problem. Also one lamp was broken.
Mom said it was cold there and it wasn't exactly warm there, good enough for me and blankets were really thick. I complained about coldness and a serviceman came there to do something to radiators but it didn't really change anything. We were there in very early spring. It was 0C outside at night and 5-10C at daytime.
There was some communication errors but nothing major and I was able to get hold of someone quickly and easily with the online chat.
It was quite clean there except if you take bedclothes off you might enjoy the sight on pillow and blanket.
All and all I was quite pleased of the room and stay.

JJIJINGWhen I booked, I fancy this hotel with a good location, right next to the tikkurila train station. It is very convenient to stay in whether it is from the airport or by train from another city. Finnish hotels are not cheap, and this chain is not bad. There are still some tableware and kettles in the room, you can take a light meal, but the range hood really didn't understand it, there is no pipe, and the smoke is directly from the top. The smoke is still in the room. Self-service check-in, no front desk, poor survivability is a bit challenging. The hotel has a shared washing machine, which is good.

GGuest UserVery beautiful hotel and the staff was friendly with a smile.
The room I entered was not cleaned and I changed the room immediately when I told him.
It was a quick and nice response.
The cleaning was kind to call me if I was in trouble.
The facility itself is very beautiful! The sauna was also the best
Amenities such as toothbrush were not attached. Also, it is high to stay alone, so it is recommended to stay 2 ~ (^^)

MMs EllI love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!

Vvikt0r123Unfortunately the sauna and pool were out of order. The room and facilities are worse than the pictures show and there is a weird smell on the room floors. The location is very good.
