"Beautiful place, really good location not far from the center of Helsinki and close to the port in case you have to take a cruise. Neighbours nice clean and quiet. Rooms were clean and neat, really good smell on the aisle and in the room, everything was on point. The room was not to big neither to small, you have a full kitchen in there, with a dishwasher, bathroom is perfect, nice shower with a really good water pressure, a cherry on the cake was finding the washing machine pods available in the bathroom. First floor is mostly for sharing time, you have a kitchen, a chilling area, in addition there available offices and call cabins if you need to run some errands work related, at the end of each floor there is the utilities wardrobe, you need an iron, or a hairdryer and you did not get it you in the luggage, don’t panick this place have you covered! There is also a small terrace rooftop to enjoy some view. Again this place is amazing! 10/10"

"Despite being a bit far from my Helsinki business trip destination, the surrounding scenery and facilities were excellent. I had a wonderful two weeks in this well-appointed hotel.
My only regret, however, was that the room temperature control instructions and controls were unclear, which made it difficult to sleep due to the cold.
I wish there had been more guidance on how to use the temperature control devices. Also, slippers were not provided in the room, and there needs to be a clear designation at the entrance where shoes must be removed.

하지만 유일하게 아쉬웠던 점은 객실 온도 조절 지침과 조절 장치가 명확하지 않아 추워서 잠을 설쳤다는 것입니다.
객실 온도를 조절할 수 있는 장치의 활용법에 대한 충분한 안내가 있었으면 좋겠고 또한 객실에 슬리퍼가 제공되지 않았고, 입구에서 신발을 벗고 들어갈 수 있도록 구분이 필요해 보입니다."

GGuest UserLocation, Hotel, room, and breakfast were all quite good. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go to the sauna and to the gym.
Our stay was good.
Warning : don't use the shoes cleaning polishing machine in the lobby it badly scratched my brand new shoes and the staff didn't give a damn about it.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only minor complaint was that the bed was a bit too soft. Overall, a fantastic stay!

It takes three hours to open the washing machine or wet. Consulting customer service is AI, ask me to choose Eco or cotton to wash once again. Three hours have passed, and I can't sleep well, but it's still wet after washing. What do you say? In addition, the button disk on the left downstairs is not leading to the elevator room, not not not not! I didn't explain, I arrived in the middle of the night, with a big box toss for a long time, after pressing many times, the keyboard will lock for a few minutes, but in the middle of the night, the phone emergency help someone answer the phone. The next day, I saw people who were difficult to get by this entry code for most of the day. I was immediately happy to help people. Remember, it is not the one on the left! !

The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—close to everything yet still quiet and comfortable. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The amenities were also great, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. As a couple, we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful details.
Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

AACHSBeyond my expectation. Hotel was super clean and amenities is beyond (honey, sweets, ear plugs, slippers, you name it you got it) and up to par with big chain hotels. If there’s insufficient amenities,, you can pick it up from the hotel lobby.
Breakfast selection was great and super yummy! Their sausages was and bacon was so good!
Location is just a 10 min walk to the central train station.
The staff was totally excellent and so very helpful in every way.
Will definitely be back if I’m ever in Helsinki!

GgidroponixA nice and clean hotel. It's close to Aalto's villa, and the city center is easily accessible by tram. However, arriving from the airport by public transportation (train and bus) was inconvenient, so I recommend taking a taxi. Besides Aalto's villa and studio, the Akseli Gallen-Kallela Museum, Didrichsen, Villa Gullenberg, and the former presidential residence of Tamminiemi are also nearby. The sauna was good, and it wasn't crowded when I visited. The staff was helpful with any questions I had.🥰

MMs EllI love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!
