"The hotel looks fairly new, and the room has everything you need. You can get a hairdryer from the closet on the floor using your key card. The washing machine right in the room is very convenient. On the downside, the hotel is located far from the city center, and due to railway maintenance, I couldn't use the nearest station; I had to take a bus to get there. I also reduced rating due to cleanliness: there was trash in my room from the previous guest (inside kitchen zone shelves), and the balcony was very dusty, so I had to use a towel to fix it."

"The location is great, it is convenient to go anywhere, there is a narrow balcony, it is rare, but the washing machine is bad, but it can't be dried. It takes three hours to open the washing machine or wet. Consulting customer service is AI, ask me to choose Eco or cotton to wash once again. Three hours have passed, and I can't sleep well, but it's still wet after washing. What do you say? In addition, the button disk on the left downstairs is not leading to the elevator room, not not not not! I didn't explain, I arrived in the middle of the night, with a big box toss for a long time, after pressing many times, the keyboard will lock for a few minutes, but in the middle of the night, the phone emergency help someone answer the phone. Anonymous UserThere was no staff at the checkin counter and we were struggling outside for 10mins before we found the help button to get to the lobby. When we got in, the receptionist helped us with an early checkin since Trip.com doesn't send you the checkin code. The amenities were great and the room was clean. You would have to get the hair dryer and ironing board from the lift lobby outside the room though.

Beautiful deco, and ambience was just as I imagined. Our room was perfect - amazing bed,light and space and it was crowned by our own sauna! Food was excellent, we had a dinner and breakfast - the offering was interesting, fresh and filled with real Finnish delicacies.
I have to give special credit to their service - every single person were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and felt like they really loved their job.
Highly recommend!

サリダThe hotel is a bit far from Helsinki Central Station, but I could walk there without a suitcase. The nearby supermarket was very convenient. Although the building is large, having two elevators and several entrances made getting around very efficient, with no need for long detours. The room amenities were excellent, with a fridge, freezer, dishes, and an electric oven (microwave), plus a dishwasher. The free-to-use washing machine and dryer were also a great bonus. The self-service luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was very convenient and hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the self check-in process had many fields to fill out, making it a bit slow; it would have been better if I could have entered the information beforehand. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Dave36Location, Hotel, room, and breakfast were all quite good. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go to the sauna and to the gym.
Our stay was good.
Warning : don't use the shoes cleaning polishing machine in the lobby it badly scratched my brand new shoes and the staff didn't give a damn about it.

The location was great for taking an early ferry to Tallin. The studio was spacious and clean, and the kitchen has utensils to cook. They even have a Finnish sauna!

This is the first hotel we stayed at when we arrived in Helsinki. We love the breakfast, they have the freshest vegetables and wide spread of breads, dishes, salads to choose. The location was ok, a short walk away from malls and cafes. Room was excellent. Cosy and comfortable for two persons. Toilet is clean and good except for the tape beneath the shower door, sometimes water from the shower can leak out to under the basin. We hope that the separate between the wet and dry areas work properly. There is a sauna facility for guests to use at limited timings. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Beyond my expectation. Hotel was super clean and amenities is beyond (honey, sweets, ear plugs, slippers, you name it you got it) and up to par with big chain hotels. If there’s insufficient amenities,, you can pick it up from the hotel lobby.
Breakfast selection was great and super yummy! Their sausages was and bacon was so good!
Location is just a 10 min walk to the central train station.
The staff was totally excellent and so very helpful in every way.
Will definitely be back if I’m ever in Helsinki!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Everything exceeded our expectations.
The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—close to everything yet still quiet and comfortable. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The amenities were also great, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. As a couple, we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful details.
Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, and they left a bottle of water in the room that was only free for members, which felt a bit cheap. The location is just okay, even though there's a tram station nearby.

I love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!
