Amazing
TToeiWent to check in late at night and it appeared that the accommodation was unavailable. But the owner arranged for me to stay at another accommodation nearby. But I'm impressed. The accommodation provided is new and clean.

HHAOI ordered a double room and gave me a double room. The feedback given by contacting customer service was that I arrived at the hotel too early. I arrived at the hotel around 10pm that day. Well, it's too early. . . . .

GGuest UserHard to find food around here. There’s only one vegetarian shop across a very busy main road. So we ordered dinner in our hotel. Food was delicious and served within 1/2 hour. Breakfast we asked for packed sandwiches and service was prompt too. Good for a night stay. However Hotel floor and bathroom can be cleaner . Water heater works fine too although old

they forcefully tried to make us buy two combos of their menu
hotel room is not upto the standards and hot water is available only for few hours in morning
they have window AC which is very poor in cooling
service is very slow and we have to wait for towels
room phone is not available we have to use our personal phone to get to the reception desk

GGuest Userbreakfast has a very limited 2-3 items compared to the price. though they have a jacuzzi but they ensured that it should get used by removing the nob of the tap. though it's mentioned that guarantees 2 hours prior check in but they denied rooms before actual time. we had to stand there for 15-20 minutes as the receptionist was busy having his personal works rather than welcoming the guest. very poor management

Gglenda tumalaTaj Hotel's location is excellent, only 5-minute walk to Taj Mahal East Gate entrance. The front desk staff (Peter) was very welcoming and efficient, which set the tone for the stay. And he arranged my transportation back to New Delhi. A wonderful experience indeed.
