3-Star Hotels in Gwalior

Rooms are not spacious. First they offer me small room, yet i booked a deluxe room. When i force to change, they change room. Pickup and drop facility by hotel. . But drop facility not followed as i book auto from hotel to railway station and paid for it. They only pickup when i came. Food was good but expensive according to quantity.

Check-in experience was not so good. Hotel manager asked me to shift in two single bed room instead of the deluxe double room, after argument they agreed to give the double deluxe bed. Rest of the things are quite good. They gave us good room services. Rooms are spacious with dining table, sofa and a 32 inch tv.

Much more professionalism is appreciated from the staffs members at the time of serving breakfast, instead of trying to get away with the stuffs without coming up with a solution. If the things are unavailable then they must have a second option rather than straight away denying. Asked for english breakfast it was denied and menu card was not provided however when the same breakfast was requested by one of the germane couple it was accepted and also the menu card was given to have a choice. Why such a difference between white skin and indians. Not needed

1. The hotel's cost is too high as per the size of rooms and services like there is no exhaust fan, dirty pillows, dirty blankets broken toilet seats and floor 2. Food's cost is too high even for the location like gwalior a tier 3 city even if you order tea it costs you around 79-, is it worth drinking tea at this cost, outside the hotel you will get same tea in less than 20.

Nice stay very comfortable staff very nice behaviour very good nice place for couple and family i recommend to all for this hotel i loved it location is good main city centre at gwalior

It was a comfortable stay. There were little shot commings which needs to improved like pillow covers were not clean n fabric was of low quality, there was no proper ward robe with hangers. Quality of complimentary breakfast also need a little improvement. There should be some items like chicken sausages, boiled eggs etc. Any way, omelette were served on demand. Overall stay was satisfactory.
