GGuest UserThe room was very nice. The size was also quite big. The cleaning is also well maintained. The staff is very nice. And this was my 3rd time stay. I personally like this hotel very much that i will definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It is just about 1 km from the railway station if one walks. At the same time, it isn't noisy. It is on a road that is relatively quieter than the others around. The view of the fort is great from some of the rooms and i got see a beautiful sunset from my room. The service of the staff is courteous, extremely helpful and accommodating. Both mr. Sunny and mr. Ranjit parihar were warm, welcoming and polite before booking reservations and while confirming a day before reaching gwalior. I had wanted an early check-in and they very kindly accommodated my request. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Food is good too.

GGuest UserI have booked a-park hotel, gwalior for two days in january. The hotel is good. Room was neat and clean. The reception and the other staff was customer friendly. The breakfast was selective but quality was good. The coins was that you will get the breakfast only after 8:30am/9am so if anybody wants to checkout early they should avoid breakfast. The hotel was centrally located and near to the market. Sarafa bajaar is on walkable distances. You may find good restaurants like delight, apsara and sher-e-punjab at 5 minutes walking distance.

their tv dth was not recharged and when i asked them, their person came but did nothing. I asked the reception for a towels as their previous ones were dirty and not upto the mark. They started behaving rudely. They can be more professional and soft spoken.

GGuest User1. The hotel's cost is too high as per the size of rooms and services like there is no exhaust fan, dirty pillows, dirty blankets broken toilet seats and floor
2. Food's cost is too high even for the location like gwalior a tier 3 city even if you order tea it costs you around 79-, is it worth drinking tea at this cost, outside the hotel you will get same tea in less than 20.

GGuest UserRooms are not spacious. First they offer me small room, yet i booked a deluxe room. When i force to change, they change room. Pickup and drop facility by hotel. . But drop facility not followed as i book auto from hotel to railway station and paid for it. They only pickup when i came. Food was good but expensive according to quantity.
