Amazing
GGuest UserI stayed alone. The front desk staff and dining area were relatively polite, which I thought was great. The small evening snack service and breakfast were both reasonable and just right for someone like me. The room was clean and quiet, and I was able to relax. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the view from the window of the neighboring building.
When I was leaving, the person seeing me off was very polite and gave me directions, and I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again if I visit Hamamatsu again.

喜喜瑪拉雅星There is a small difficulty in opening the door, but the bed is big. Near Hamamatsu Station, take bus 41 to the cherry blossoms, so convenient. The hotel's buffet breakfast is a few good food, but everyone will only pick up food once, I don't know if I can choose the second time.

美美味太郎It was close to the station and the hotel was clean and I had a comfortable stay.
The walls were thin and you could hear every conversation in the next room, so if you're sensitive about that, it might be best to avoid this hotel.

いいもたろうとても気持ちのいい滞在ができました。部屋をグレードアップしていただき、「団体客も宿泊するから」と、朝食で空いている時間帯をあらかじめ教えていただきました。
また夜と朝、2回最上階のお風呂に入りましたが、必要なものはそろっており、しかもタイミングが良かったようで貸切状態で入れました。男女入れ替えで、その際にシャンプー等のアメニティも置き換えているようで、ここまで気の利いたホテルは初めてです。女性のお風呂の方は電子ロックがかかっており、これも安心出来るポイントだと思います。
朝食はビュッフェではなくセットメニューで、人数分準備する方が食品ロスが少ないと思いますので私はこの方が良かったです。
朝、浜松駅までの送迎をお願いしたところ、北口と南口どちらがいいかと運転手さんに聞かれ、新幹線改札口に近い南口まで送っていただきました。
駅からちょっと距離があるので大きいスーツケースだと大変かもしれませんが、その分を上回る快適な滞在ができました。

GGuest User広々としたお部屋から浜名湖が見えて、ゆっくり過ごせました。ベットも大きく、寝心地が良かったです。
ホテル内の中華レストランも美味しかったです。宿泊の時間より前に駐車場を利用させて頂き、舘山寺周辺を観光できました。ありがとうございました。

All rooms have a lake view overlooking Lake Hamana.
Every time zone was beautiful and healed.
The buffet for dinner was very satisfying!

いいもたろうWhen I asked in advance, ”Is it possible to change to something that is easy for children to eat?”, I was grateful that I changed it to a child lunch-style meal. Also, because there was a child, the restaurant was prepared in the private room, and it was relaxed and the meal was able to be done. The family room was like an old good inn room, but it was cleaned or well equipped and equipped with what was needed. My child liked Pal Pal and went to play for two days, but it was helpful to use the parking lot before check-in and after check-out. Pal Pal is a short walk from the inn. It was a perfect inn for family.

It's close to the station and there are many restaurants in the area that are open until late at night, so I was able to eat dinner after the event without worry.
There was a welcome drink and plenty of amenities, so it was a comfortable stay.

GGuest UserThe man at the front desk was also kind. The welcome drink and the draft beer on the server were delicious. The room was a little small, but had everything I needed. The air conditioning was strong. The breakfast was also satisfying. Best of all, the accommodation fee was very reasonable. Thank you very much.
