It is recommended that when the homestay confirms before check-in, you can take the initiative to suggest the arrangement and cost of pick-up, so that the stay is much easier. Because I only stayed for one night and prepared to take the morning flight the next day, there were only houses around, so I didn't hang out. Dinner arrived at the nearby Sakura Coffee dinner, sandwiches and desserts were delicious, the character was high, and the big push. There is also a drug store nearby to buy a small amount of drinks. To facilitate the flight before passing by, the overall is very good experience.

The room we got was a double futon on the east room upstair, as we love the traditional Japanese style. The small space has all the convenient with shared space in common area, small kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the same room. Everything were tidy and functionally used all the space avail. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. The host thought of everything and provided every information avail for us tourist to use. Distance is not too far from Rinku-town station. Only cons (out of everyone control) the stair leading to the station has no elevator, which will be challenging for people with large suitcase. We are light traveler, which is not too bad for our case. Overall, great little space and affordable, short ride to Kansai Airport and save time traveling to the airport, which is a great plus since security check in at Kansai may take up to 90 mins to get through.

For this apartment, the most impressed is the landlord. We may have three or four apartments in Japan. This is the only landlord we met who can speak Chinese, and the Chinese is quite slippery, so there is no communication. What a big obstacle, it is also very pleasant to get along with. It is a relatively comfortable and satisfying check-in experience. If it is not because the travel plan is arranged in advance, I really want to stay here for a while before leaving.

It is very easy to check in and check out, and very very near to the subway station. Just 2-3 mins walk , very convenient and there i convenience store and many shops around. We book it for 6 adults and it’s quite packed, it is recommended for 4 pax and it would be very cozy place to rest. Recommend to stay if you are taking early flight like us. Just 2 station to airport.

It's about a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and there's an outlet mall 2 kilometers away. The hotel is very clean. It's actually a two-story villa with 6 rooms. The soundproofing in the room is average. The surrounding rooms were all good the day I stayed there, and it was quiet after 10 o'clock. There are no other facilities in the room except a sink. The toilet and shower are shared.

The room was very clean and spacious. It's conveniently located very close to the subway station, and the host was also very kind. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

First of all, the cleanliness was quite good. The bath towels, while not brand new, smelled nice and were still comfortable to use. However, the accommodation itself was terrible. Firstly, the soundproofing was terrible. From around 7 PM to 11 PM, the upstairs neighbors were constantly running around, making it feel like the ceiling was about to collapse. Secondly, the tatami room window wasn't shaded, and car headlights kept flashing by, making it feel like sleeping on the street. Thirdly, the two lights in the room were always on, making it impossible to sleep well all night. No wonder they provide earplugs in the room; I suggest adding eye masks as well. It's so tough for transit passengers.

The service is very intimate, the room is quite comfortable, and the space is very large. We use the second floor, only one of our rooms, and there is a communal kitchen and seating area next to it, which is really great. And it is super important to have an airport transfer service in the early morning (at your own expense), as long as they ask in advance, they can provide services when time permits. It is really convenient. And if you stay for more than two nights, they can provide free car rental service, really great service, you can really come to Kansai in the future! The only downside is that we are four people, one of whom is a sofa bed that is not easy to sleep. Later, we put the mattress on the floor to sleep a lot, and the space is really enough. It's a pity that I have to catch the early flight and I can only feel it next time.
