Guest UserI had a very satisfying stay this time. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and plenty of amenities nearby. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional, making check-in quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The soundproofing was also excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted good. The overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, making me feel right at home. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to friends and family.

Amazing. Genuinely couldn’t fault it. I arrived very late in the evening after a flight and the gentlemen on the check-in desk was so lovely and helpful and made me feel right at home. He also offered me all the freebies, from toothpastes and a toothbrush to facial cleansing oil and green tea bags… I got up to my room and it was absolutely spotless. The bathroom, the bedroom, the living space, all like new. They even had a smart tv in the room which was very unexpected and a nice treat after a long day, just like the bath. I would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone. A 4 minute walk from Izumisano Staion so perfect to get the Airport Express train directly from or to Kansai Airport.

Whenever I have an early morning flight from Kansai Airport, I always stay here the night before. It's still the best option in terms of both price and time. It's not a traditional capsule hotel; these are large pods where you can actually stand up, and the bed is spacious. They provide makeup remover, facial cleanser, toner, and lotion. There's also a hot bath to relax in, and a coin-operated washer/dryer combo. I've tried staying in Osaka and catching the first train, or staying in Rinku Town and taking the train or airport bus – both were exhausting, and I was always worried I'd miss my alarm. Staying here, people start packing and leaving around 5 or 6 AM, which helps me wake up. Since I'm a pretty sound sleeper, I actually quite like that.

FarPS152903It’s quite close to the Izumisano Station, but if you come to this hotel and enter through the back door, you’ll be welcome with an empty floor (probably that is considered as ground floor). Don’t be scared, just look for an elevator and walk upstair, that’s where the receptionist is located. They can’t speak English that well, so just be ready to show the passport of the person who booked the hotel, then they’ll just proceed quickly with your check in. They’ll also give you water bottle to bring to your room. The corridor to my room truthfully looks kinda spooky because it was quite long and no sound was heard (but I guess it was just because the insulation was good, and I knew some of the room was occupied as I saw the cleaning lady in the morning). The room was so big and clean, the bathroom as well. The shower and the bathtub was separated, but you can pull the shower to the bathtub. The toilet was also separated from the bathroom, so it’s a dry area. If you visited during winter, don’t forget to turn the heater on when you entered the room, or else you’ll think that the room was too cold.
In addition, near the receptionist area, there’s an open store where it says that you can take the snacks for free (but please be mindful, just take one please). At that time, I don’t want to take it as I’m not sure about the culture in Japan, but then the owner came to me and literally handed it to me! He was so kind and polite (Japanese hospitality is truly top notch)! So please don’t forget to buy his snackss 😆
If you a solo travel, the room in this hotel might betoo big for you, but if you’re with family or friends, this room fits you perfectly.

Guest UserIf you're like me, arriving at Kansai Airport at night and then transferring to another city the next day, I highly recommend not sleeping at the airport. You're already abroad, so don't penny-pinch over a few hundred yuan. This hotel consistently costs around 300 yuan and offers excellent value for money. It has a public bath, free manga you can take back to your room, and a decent breakfast. It's just one stop from Kansai Airport, and the location is easy to find. There's also a Lawson convenience store downstairs, and a 24-hour supermarket nearby, so you can take a stroll. It's genuinely a great choice.
From personal experience, sleeping at the airport isn't comfortable. Unless you arrive at Kansai late at night and have an early morning flight with only a few hours in between, then you might manage. But if the layover is more than ten hours, definitely get a hotel.

The room was spacious, though the decor was a bit dated. However, it was very clean. There's a free shuttle to the airport, which is super convenient and only takes about 15 minutes. There's also a large supermarket nearby that stays open until 10 PM, great for browsing. Their prices are about 10% cheaper than 7-Eleven, and they even have discounted items in the evenings. Plus, it's just one stop away from the outlet mall, making getting around very easy.

Hu123456789yfOur Japanese is non-existent, and we only understand a little English. However, the front desk staff member was incredibly patient, guiding us through the check-in process. She even provided the airport transfer schedule for the next day and, knowing we were Chinese, offered us information in Chinese, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
The next day, the driver was already waiting outside well in advance and proactively helped us with our luggage.
The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. There are also plenty of dining options within 100 meters. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and we would definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Japan.

EzgardtripI love the entire resort/hotel has to offer. It is very near Rinku Jr Station but in an isloated corner. The rooms have great ocean views. Breakfast was good quality but quite limited varieties. Free nice onsen but paid gym. Slightly later check out time compared to some other accommodations. If robotic dinosaurs at the reception could change to pokemon or something, would provide a better experience and attract more crowd.

NRosley~Location is great if you really plan to shop at Premium outlet.
Close stay to airport for convenience of flights.
Basic hotel, stayed 2 nights a reasonable duration before leaving for Kyoto.
Lawson Place offers great instant food/sandwiches, just by the exit if Rinku Town station of Nankai Line.
Also from Rinku Town station it's quite convenient to move around with trains to either Nara Park or Namba/Dotonbori river (you just need time to get use to the Japan train lines/platforms/departure times)
