I used a wheelchair with my mother who was uncomfortable with my legs, but the staff were so kind and gave me a discount for older people over 65 years old~ The view of the hot spring bath was so good and the family was comfortable and enjoyable in a spacious room ~ Thank you very much for your kind response ~ Breakfast was clean and good, but it may not suit your taste according to your taste ~ ♡

地點位於山區內，自行一角，如冇揸車去比較困難。到步後由於訂房時預計會觀光時間較長，所以沒有預訂晚餐，最後提早到達，但附近沒有餐廳，要到20分鐘車程town食晚飯，因禍得福，食到間好味地道居酒屋。 每位職員都好有禮貌，好好笑容，門外亦有寫上住客姓名，感覺好被受尊重。 酒店應該比較有歷史，走廊位置地板有污漬。溫泉好好，硫磺味唔重，但風景一流，早晚男女會調，可以試兩邊溫泉。 流動數據弱，可以好好享受山內既溫泉👍🏻

When I first made a reservation, I made a reservation for 2 people, but since there was only a reservation for 1 person, I reserved another single room on the spot and used it. They also ask me to pay for parking.

The service is very thoughtful and kind. The atmosphere decoration is very distinctive  Although many people share the bathroom, it feels very clean and tidy, and the price is not too much accounting. The food is delicious, the portion is sufficient, and the price is fair.  Close to the bus station, basically nearby attractions can also be easily obtained by . 

Location, hot springs and breakfast were all great! It was really good to choose Kotengu-san!

It's good to be close to the station. However, since the facility is old, it would be better if it was clean. The person at the counter took care of the laundry, so they were good at dealing with problems.

I used it for my family overnight. I was worried about staying at a single house for the first time. The feeling of home was not lost, and the children were able to relax. The owner's response was polite and good.

There is no dinner, and the restaurants around are not eaten at all on Saturdays and Sundays. To put it better, it's peaceful, but you might not expect delicious food. I bought dinner at the roadside station in the next district. The hotel staff are very likable. and they're very kind to me. It is reasonable and good if you stay with a feeling of staying overnight.
