Shimonoseki Hotels with Wifi

"The hotel parking space, is outsourced to park in another place, we arrived at 3:30 pm, saw a parking space but the staff said there was someone parked, just out! But the outsourced parking space has a time limit, not self-in, in addition to the time clock, if there is an option, the hotel's own parking lot is much more convenient! Every time there is no parking space, but the hotel hot spring is on the 10th floor, you can see the sea view, is my most reminiscent! Guests are not crowded, very comfortable, everyone can enjoy quietly!"

"Value for money. Highly recommended. Will stay again. The room is large for us to open and pack our luggage in preparing to depart airport the next day. The room facilities are convenient (without stairs) to suit my usage as a person with walking difficulties. I especially love the ensuite onsen bath with beautiful ocean view. The dinner and breakfast are delicious."

"This was a good option if you want to visit the fish market and walk through the underground pedestrian tunnel. It is located near the metro and a bus station is located out front that will take you to the locations. A mall is located next to the hotel which has plenty of eating options. Room was small but very clean. Very helpful front desk. Good option."

"The hotel is located really close to Shimonoseki station. The room is clean. The front desk staffs both night shift and morning shift are friendly. I arrived the hotel around 10PM so there weren’t many restaurants that still open at that hour. I had to walk a bit far for a convenient store. But I really enjoyed spending the night there!"

"Unbeatable location with many rooms ( or all rooms) and public spaces facing Tsunoshima Bridge. Our room faced the ocean directly with no obstruction. The bath was also quite decent and the outdoor bath is next to the sea. You can enjoy the sound of the waves while bathing in the hot spa. It should be quite spectacular during sunset. The spa was probably renovated within the last 10 years as it was in good condition. The room , however, felt old and the corridor was damp. The carpet in the room felt damp and the room felt stuffy. The AC worked well and we turned it on high. Our triple room as spacious but I felt itchy the whole night while sleeping- although the sheets looked clean ( I slept on the added bed). The other two beds looked slumped in the middle. Bathroom also looked quite old( from the 70’s)? My room was at the far end wing and there were lots of stairs to walk up and down from the front desk which was on the third floor. The staff will help to bring the luggages to your room ( also at check out - just call). Hotel restaurant serves dinner buffet . If you are not interested, the hotel also has a list of restaurants nearby with 10-30 minutes drive. We drove out to have yakitori in a small down, which was very local, but with friendly owner, good food- and super cheap price ( each yakitori was about ¥120-150 yen. Breakfast buffet has both Japanese and western offers, taste was average. Overall service was very good."

"Due to circumstances, it is a hotel with excellent breakfast and cost-effectiveness that I would stay one more night. I was a little disappointed because there were less places to eat nearby than I thought."

"This is not the Hotel in the photo added. The hotel is a reasonable Japanese style business hotel. The staff were very kind and friendly and tried to help us with the booking problem cause by Trip.com. The booking agency (Trip.com) had booked us as 6 guests and charged us accordingly. We were 4 adults and one child and were overcharged by Trip.com by 1/3 of the price (about 10,000 yen). The hotel staff were helpful but they couldn't do anything as this was a mistake by the agents not the hotel. I will be contacting Trip.com to ask for a refund of the amount they charged us in error."

"Overall, it was good, but the lighting in the large bathhouse was quite dim, so I was suddenly scared when I was bathing alone. It would have been better if the lighting was a little brighter. The air conditioning in the locker room was weak, so after bathing, I started sweating again. In the summer, it would have been nice to have a medium-sized fan."
