3-Star Hotels in Sihanoukville

My family stayed here on recommendation and absolutely loved it!! Beautiful beach, pool, and island life. Max the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Before we even arrived he helped us with arranging things and gave useful tips for our trip. All the staff was kind and helpful. My only disappointment was it seemed difficult for the staff to stay up with beach towels, but I understand the place was full while we were there. The bathroom was also not great, but appropriate for a beach front hotel. The free stand up paddle boards and volleyball/badminton nets are fun (wish they had a ball though) Would definitely stay again

The place was clean and great. However, I lost my sandals after leaving to dry in the drying area in just few minutes. Had to ask help from the staff to check their cctv, and the cleaning lady was so helpful and never left until they found them. Not a very good experience, yet I still love the place. Just hoping not to happen this again to any of their upcoming guests.

I actually liked the location of the guesthouse and the staff were very nice, but unfortunately not the owner. I was very disappointed that he threw our food away even though we politely asked them to keep it for us. We arrived around 8 AM with some seafood that we had rushed to buy at 6 AM to fit our ferry schedule. When we arrived, we politely asked them to keep the food for us and left it at the reception desk since it wasn’t time to check in yet. The staff agreed. After that, we went on a boat tour at 1 PM and came back around 9 PM. We were very hungry and expected to have our seafood, but when I asked for it, the owner just said he “probably threw it out.” I was very shocked at that moment. For me, it wasn’t only about the food, but also the money and effort we made to buy it early in the morning. Very disappointing ☹️

The hotel I live in often has a good location, comfortable rooms, convenient parking, enthusiastic customer service, and a large balcony. I like it very much. It is also a sea view room.

Great value for the stay. A welcome drink and wet towel were provided during check-in. The room was spacious and clean, with a separate balcony. Bathroom amenities were included, and the shower area and toilet were separated. The hotel also has its own restaurant where guests can order food. There are restaurants and department stores nearby, making the location very convenient. However, there was a water flow issue in the bathroom because the shower area was small. The hotel also does not provide motorbike rental services. Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel.

The bungalows are very bare bones. There are gaps in the floorboards and wood panels of the walls. The bathroom has a small ”window” in the wall with no way to cover it for privacy. The windows in the bungalow do not lock and there is no storage locker that you can lock your valuables in so there is no security. There are many roosters nearby that will be loud even at night and early in the morning.  The price is too high compared to the rooms with AC and no holes in the walls/floor. It should be at least the same price as the cost of a can of bug spray since they do not offer any! Location is good and WiFi is good.

excellent service, sometimes a little slow, good breakfast, the perfect facilities to relax, away from everything, the facility could take more advantage of its common spaces and facing the sea, perhaps hammocks, beach chairs, swings that do not require you to always be under roof, the nature around invites peace, if you want to party it is not the place, if you want relaxation, definitely yes.

Overall was really nice, check in system was strange but was okay, the room was pretty average but the roof top pool and restaurant just made it really! The view was stunning and the food was really good! Well priced.

I thought I booked a Hotel! But it turned out that I had booked a short term weekly 'Condo Rental'. It took me a frustrating 20 minutes to find someone who would let me in the building to the room. It's a fair price to rent, not cheap or expensive, medium range price, if you are just wanting a place to sleep for the night, make a coffee, take a shower and do your daily washing of clothes. It had a reasonable size balcony, with a nice view of the ocean, but the washing machine draining pipe was damaged, so I got water flooding on the balcony after washing my clothes every time. I reported this to the service manager, but it was still not repaired before I left. The bathroom and showerer was okay, but very small. The big fridge was good.. One worry I had, was that when you go to wash anything in the sink, you have to be careful you do not injure your head, as the Cooker Extractor sticks out, and if you forget, you can have a nasty head injury. My urgent advice, is that needs replacing with a smaller extractor. Otherwise, you can knock yourself out. The building is in an ideal location with restaurants and a modern shopping mall opposite. Taxis and TukTuks were outside all the time. Not a luxurious stay, but just a place to stay for a week, was fine for me. The room manager was helpful and responsive to my questions. But I was a little unsure as a foreigner, why he was asking me to add some Banking App on my phone where he could provide me with some Cambodian currency!! The building was full of Chinese residents, hundreds of them, nothing Cambodian about this accommodation or the City. If you don't mind Chinese people, it's okay for a short one weeks stay. I felt safe enough staying there for the one week. May 2026.

This place was amazing! It's very cheap and convenient for us because It's near to all the places we've been. We even left our luggage there for 5 hours and no one stole it. It's a very safe and clean place.
