It is a great place to stay. The unit is clean and has a wide living room that if we wanted to, all 6 of us can sleep there. The unit have a wide window with a good view (it was raining during our stay so we got to see fog from our unit, a relaxing view indeed). If I didn't book in Legoland, we could have just had a staycation. They have bath tub and water heater. Water dispenser, fridge and utensils and the Air-conditioning units are all in good condition. 👍👍 Kudos to the hosts/admins who are in charge of this unit: for the assistance and hospitality. Highly recommended place, the images shown in the app are the same in actual ❤️💯

Stayed at Encorp Marina Homestay and had a pleasant experience. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth and the location is convenient, especially for a short getaway. Overall, a good stay and worth the price.

First off, the location is quite remote for Johor as a whole, mainly because the Persiaran Laksamana area is newly developed. However, it's very close to Puteri Harbour International Ferry Terminal, which makes it ideal for travelers arriving by ferry. Note that the detailed map location on Trip.com is incorrect. The correct address should be Almas Suites, Persiaran Laksamana, 79100 Iskandar Puteri, Johor Darul Ta'zim. Due to this location, if you plan on frequently traveling to and from JB, you'll need to factor in potentially high transportation costs (more travel time and higher Grab fares). If you opt for a high-floor room, you'll generally have a good experience with a nice view from the open balcony. However, the balconies are quite close to each other, so you might catch a glimpse of what your neighbors are up to! 😉 No rooms provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, and you'll need to bring your own shampoo and shower gel. If you choose to eat in the room, you'll quickly discover it attracts tiny ants. It's best to dine at restaurants outside and then return to the room to relax. During your stay, no room service is provided as it operates as a self-service apartment.

The management replies the chats very fast, I must say. we checked in at almost midnight and they told us that they are contactable even at that hour if I have any issue. Please note that you do not use the cards/tags to open the door. You have to key in the codes given. It was mentioned to us earlier, but we didn't read carefully. aahahaha.. We had a slight issue after checking out but that was settled well. Overall, I would stay in that place again if I am in Iskandar. The place fits 3-4 person comfortably on the 2 queen size bed. Towels are soft. Security guards are friendly. Gym is well equipped. Place is clean!

The room was nice and the location wasn't far from where we were going. However, the service was handled by a robot, which was quite troublesome and inconvenient to contact. It took us a long time to figure out how to get the key after we arrived. I hope it would be better to have real human service replies.

Love 🩵this Homestay . Make us feels like home . It's a very convenient place to stay if you're going to Legoland . Only less than 5 minutes walk you'll reach the Main entrance of Legoland, really recommended this place, if we're coming back, we will stay here again. If you need groceries, there are supermarket B.I.G at Medini mall, you can get everything there. Everything is so convenient. The house is clean , even have washing machine, you can was you cloths if you want. Have cooking utensils & microwave. The place is perfect . You can cook like at home if you wanted to. If they can ready big bowls & extra pillows . It will be even more wonderful.

I had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, especially if you need to be near Gleneagles Hospital or Legoland. Despite being so central, this place surprisingly quiet, making it a perfect place to rest. However, I feel that housekeeping needs some improvement. While the overall environment is nice, more attention to detail in room cleaning and maintenance would make the experience much better. Overall, it’s a solid choice for the area.

When I checked in, the room hadn't been cleaned yet and was quite dirty. I had to contact customer service to get a cleaner to quickly tidy it up. Plus, the bedsheets weren't very clean... Overall, it was just okay.

Affordable price for basic stay services like clean bed, working aircon, working bath, fridge and microwave. But toilet had problems such as poor drainage of water, when bathing the floor will become a mini bathtub. Towel given is a disposable towel which is very thin and cannot absorb water. Soap dispenser was not refilled too. No hair dryer was provided. Check in time on trip.com stated as 12pm but owner asked to check out at 11am. Messaged owner at 5pm to top up soap and for hairdryer but was ignored, blueticked on whatsapp. As seen in picture, there were windows between the kitchen and outside corridor, raising issue on privacy as people can peep through into the rooms. Paid 120rm for 1 night, hence for the price I'm giving 2 stars overall.
