Nice, clean and big unit. Full of amenities but it's not facing the sea. There's no designated parking and visitor's parking wasn't properly labelled. Apparently, you can park anywhere in the basement and outer ring of the building group parking. This wasn't informed in the check in instruction. Also, the check in process is clumsy. You have to contact two different numbers to get the instructions.

This hotel in Johor Bahru offers excellent value for money. I stayed at OZO Medini this time, and its location near Legoland makes it very convenient for accessing malls and restaurants. The room was generally new, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was powerful, which is crucial in Malaysia's weather. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in, and their attitude was pleasant. What impressed me most was the cleanliness; it was much cleaner than many similarly priced hotels. It was also relatively quiet at night, making it suitable for resting or working. The breakfast selection wasn't overly extravagant, but it had all the basics, and the taste was decent. The pool and gym were also well-maintained, great for photos during the day. If you're looking for a short stay in Johor Bahru, a family trip, visiting Legoland, or have business near Forest City and Puteri Harbour, I think this is a pretty reliable choice. I'll likely stay here again on my next visit.

The self check-in was incredibly smooth and quick, and luggage storage was very convenient, making for a comfortable stay. The ninth-floor sky garden and infinity pool are fantastic and offer great value for money. The only minor drawback is the limited dining options nearby.

Good size apartment for couples or small family. Refrigerator, microwave, kettle, iron, hair dryer, stove available for guests. Bathtub available too! It would be much better if the wifi speed is fast as our own mobile line has issues at that area. Checking in and out is very easy, fast and efficient!

The management service is unsatisfactory. I have stayed here several times and encountered various issues on every occasion. ✘ Check-in was delayed, yet we still waited over an hour to complete the procedure upon arrival. During the wait, we were even offered alternative rooms as our designated room was not ready. ✘ No check-in guidelines were sent by the management after booking. We only got informed at the security gate that entry permission could only be granted after receiving official notification from the management team. ✘ There were obvious hygiene problems in the room. A strong lingering cooking fume odour filled the space, and the floor was greasy. ✘ We can only contact the management via messages with no available phone calls. Their responses are always slow, leaving guests waiting uncertainly and putting us in a passive position. ✘ Refund was not processed promptly after check-out. No payment was received days later, and we had to take the initiative to follow up and claim the refund. Positive points： ✔ The security team maintains strict access control. ✔ The accommodation price is reasonable. *I only choose this place for its convenient location suitable for my business trips. Otherwise, the management needs substantial improvement.

The facilities are fire too: there are swimming pools with stunning views (kids and adults!), a gym that actually has all the essentials, and security that makes you feel genuinely safe. Tiny downside: someone left their clothes on the showerhead (yup, I spotted it right away next to the window in the bathroom 😅). Probably an oversight from the last guest or housekeeping—nothing major but caught me off guard. Other than that, everything else checked out. The area is super quiet and chill, so you can actually relax—no noisy neighbors or street drama. Would I stay here again? 100%! The value-for-money is unreal and the location can’t be beat. I absolutely loved my stay at i-Homestay! Everything was wonderful, from the room and cleanliness to the overall comfort and service. I genuinely enjoyed my experience and felt very happy staying here. In fact, I loved it so much that I wanted to extend my stay for another 4 nights. I contacted customer care to arrange the extension, and I was told that someone would get back to me, but unfortunately nobody followed up. I was honestly a little sad about this, as I really wanted to stay longer. In the end, I had to follow the rules and check out as scheduled. Despite that, my overall experience was amazing, and I would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend i-Homestay and would definitely return in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
