Location: Near Legoland and not too far from CIQ. Best if you’re driving, but Grab is available (just fewer drivers around, so book in advance). No shops or eateries nearby. You’ll need to head to Mall of Medini or order via Grab. Cleanliness: Cleaner than many other apartments I’ve stayed in. Just minor dust on the diffuser and bedsheet, but nothing that affected comfort. Service: Excellent service, with fast replies on WhatsApp (except after 10pm). Would be great if there was a drying rack, but amenities like iron, hairdryer, hangers, and even a water dispenser were provided, which was really thoughtful. Facilities: Gym and pool were clean and well-maintained. Vending machines in the lobby were also convenient for quick snacks and drinks. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with great service and facilities. Very convenient for those visiting Legoland.

First time trying out this new hotel. Experience was good so far. Plenty of parking space at LG1 & LG2, parking is free for now. Check-in is at G. Swimming pool at L5 and also the in-house restaurant (breakfast area too). Gym is also available. The room is not very big but enough, layout is fine too for us. Pressure from shower not so strong, shower tray can accumulate water probably due to its design, so be aware when you step inside. Location wise you will need to have transport to move around the area. Nearby to sunway big box and eco-botanic. Will definitely come back again.

The self check-in was incredibly smooth and quick, and luggage storage was very convenient, making for a comfortable stay. The ninth-floor sky garden and infinity pool are fantastic and offer great value for money. The only minor drawback is the limited dining options nearby.

I had a very pleasant stay at this homestay! The environment was clean and comfortable, and the room was cozy and beautifully decorated. The host was very friendly and helpful, always responding quickly whenever needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to food and transportation nearby. Overall, it felt just like home and was very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

The management service is unsatisfactory. I have stayed here several times and encountered various issues on every occasion. ✘ Check-in was delayed, yet we still waited over an hour to complete the procedure upon arrival. During the wait, we were even offered alternative rooms as our designated room was not ready. ✘ No check-in guidelines were sent by the management after booking. We only got informed at the security gate that entry permission could only be granted after receiving official notification from the management team. ✘ There were obvious hygiene problems in the room. A strong lingering cooking fume odour filled the space, and the floor was greasy. ✘ We can only contact the management via messages with no available phone calls. Their responses are always slow, leaving guests waiting uncertainly and putting us in a passive position. ✘ Refund was not processed promptly after check-out. No payment was received days later, and we had to take the initiative to follow up and claim the refund. Positive points： ✔ The security team maintains strict access control. ✔ The accommodation price is reasonable. *I only choose this place for its convenient location suitable for my business trips. Otherwise, the management needs substantial improvement.

The place isn't new, and the interior isn't particularly beautiful. It looked decent in the evening, but less so during the day. There was a smell of cigarettes, but thankfully the fan and air conditioning helped to get rid of it. The view was splendid. Downstairs, there are cafes and shops. Nearby, there's a very pleasant spot, the port, which you'll need to take a taxi to reach. The hot plate for cooking wasn't working.

I absolutely loved my stay at i-Homestay! Everything was wonderful, from the room and cleanliness to the overall comfort and service. I genuinely enjoyed my experience and felt very happy staying here. In fact, I loved it so much that I wanted to extend my stay for another 4 nights. I contacted customer care to arrange the extension, and I was told that someone would get back to me, but unfortunately nobody followed up. I was honestly a little sad about this, as I really wanted to stay longer. In the end, I had to follow the rules and check out as scheduled. Despite that, my overall experience was amazing, and I would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend i-Homestay and would definitely return in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a very unpleasant experience at this homesta When I checked in, there was a strong urine smell around the mattress area. I was too exhausted to request a change, so I was forced to just sleep through it. The room cleanliness was also an issue—the floor felt sticky, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low. On top of that, there was nowhere to hang clothes after washing them. The hotel's security process was tedious and troublesome, and parking was a nightmare. I would not recommend staying here.

Very amazing apartment for traveler and we can coook or washing clothess and the view so amazing with swimming pool, GYM, all amazing n the stuff so kind n room very safty n cozzy
