The unit was clean upon arrival and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. As this is a residential apartment rather than a traditional hotel, the self check-in process was straightforward and hassle-free. One of the biggest advantages of the unit is its size. The loft comes with three queen beds and one sofa bed, making it suitable for larger families or groups who prefer staying together instead of booking multiple hotel rooms. The loft design also helps the apartment feel spacious and comfortable. The unit includes a kitchen, living area, swimming pool access and gym facilities, which add to the overall convenience of the stay. The residential setting offers a quieter atmosphere compared to many hotels. Check-in was at 3:00 PM and check-out was at 12:00 PM, which provided a relaxed departure experience. GGuest UserBasically everything is Good except for seeing of insects on the Sofa which looks abit like Bed Bud. Contacted the Host and waited with very minimal updates on Cleaner availability But luckily, it's just a cigarette beetle, and there's no bed bud.

GGuest UserOverall, I had a very good stay in the 3-bedroom room. The room itself was comfortable, and everything was good in general. However, I was quite disappointed with the service at the reception. I asked the receptionist, who was a woman, whether I could have a late check-out of just 30 minutes. She told me it was not possible because the hotel was fully booked and there was another guest waiting for the room. I understood that and was considering staying one more night instead. When I checked the website myself, I saw that there were still rooms available. So I asked whether, if I booked another night, I could stay in the same room, and she said yes. That left me confused and disappointed. If I could stay in the same room for another night, I do not understand why a late check-out of only 30 minutes was not possible, or why there was no flexibility at all. I would have understood if there was a policy, and I would even have been willing to pay a little extra. I only asked because I was worried I might not return from shopping in time. What upset me the most was not only the answer, but also the attitude. The receptionist did not seem friendly and often looked unhappy or unfriendly when speaking to us. As a Thai guest, I could not help but wonder whether we were treated differently, and that made me feel very sad.The stay itself was good, but the front desk service made the experience less pleasant.

Convenience of location (Hard Rock Café downstairs, close to Legoland). But the sofa really needs an upgrade for better comfort and cleanliness. A newer or firmer set would really improve the guest experience.

MMuzy MuzakirA Comfortable stay. A little difficult to find the place at first especially @nite. Few condos have the similar name Medini and the condo name not easy to see it. Unit is clean and well equipped and the condo has the necessary amenities for recreation. No convenient store at the condo so advisable to get some groceries beforehand. Host is friendly and helpful. Prompt reply on our inquiries. Highly recommended.

CCandace KThe gym, though small, was well-equipped with towels and bottled water. The kids' play area clearly hadn't been tidied up after use, and no one seemed to be cleaning it. It was also incredibly hot in there, with no AC remote in sight. As for the breakfast buffet, it had everything you'd expect, but the only downside was the lack of staff to seat or guide guests. On our first morning, we had to stand next to other tables and wait for a spot to open up 😅. Our room had a QR code for requests, and when we used it, staff were very quick to help with any issues. The only minor flaw was some dust in the room; I actually felt a bit itchy the first night. We were in the East Wing, which honestly felt more like a serviced apartment than a hotel, yet they didn't even provide dish soap 😅😅.

GGuest UserGood facilities, security typical of condo living. The accommodation is called ”Serenity Medini” but brought me to another location if follow by Google Maps. Then i found out that its actually a building called ”Medini Signature ”. So i tink its best to stick w d building name instead. The plastic cover of the mattress was still in tact. N it created unnecessary discomfort. Having a clock, basic toiletries like toothpaste n toothbrushes wld hv bn helpful if they were available. And in the email, they should put in place precise guidelines on how to access the elevator... eg to collect access card from letter box, like a diagram/photo to show directions... to save all d hassle of asking around. Other than all d abovementioned concerns.... d place is huge w all 3 bedrooms have attached bathrooms. Definitely will come again if all of d stated concerns are addressed.

AAnonymous UserGuideline from the owner is very straightforward, clearly indicates on every step. Room was okay, bed and pillow were okay as well. Just some minor improvement is required to make the room more comfortable, communicated with the owner and is greatly accepted. Anyway it was a pleasant experience.
