"There was a front desk for checking in. Made it easy. Basement car park with security guards. Very quiet environment. Must say that most shops were shuttered. There are a couple of restaurant and pubs along the marina. Room was nice and clean and comes with living room."

"Had a great stay at Sunway hotel big box from the moment we check in, Vivienne was the one assisted us. She’s  very friendly and accommodating, I’m glad she already brighten up my day due to smooth check in. Our room was upgraded to my surprised and was able to check in way much earlier than their check in time. We had a California king bed and single bed that is supposed to be just sofa bed. Reasonable price with nice buffet breakfast. Activities for my teen boy were just around and so convenient( laser tag, xpark, movies, books etc). This place is our next to go for sure every school short break😀"

"Don't book the pirate-themed room on the first floor; any room on higher floors would be better. The first floor reeked of paint, probably due to some renovation work. The pool on the fifth floor is tiny, not really a must-do. The room cleanliness was just okay, but since it was my first time staying at a LEGOLAND Hotel, I didn't fuss over the small details and was just happy to be there. The room came with a LEGO build kit. The breakfast wasn't as good as the Shanghai LEGOLAND, more suited to Indian tastes."

"The hotel is new, and the one-bedroom unit I booked was spacious and comfortable for two people. The location is also quite good — slightly away from central JB, so it is more peaceful and quiet. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Housekeeping seems to be short of manpower and needs better training. When I checked in, the floor was very dusty and dirty, as though it had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest. The lifts are also vwry slow and do not seem to be programmed well to handle the number of floors and guests. There were also guests going up and down to the pool and gym with wet clothes, leaving the lift floor wet. This made the lift experience even worse. Response through WhatsApp can also be slow, and sometimes there was no response. I requested a few items but had to send reminders before they were delivered. The car park was another concern. When I arrived for check-in and returned on the first night, the car park was very dark with no lights on, which felt spooky. However, on my last night, the lights were on and there was a security guard on standby, which was much better. Overall, this hotel has good potential, but it seems to lack the manpower needed to operate and maintain it properly. Since the property is still new, I hope management will put more effort into housekeeping, maintenance and service so that the condition does not deteriorate over time."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Fraser Place Iskandar Puteri. The 3-bedroom serviced apartment was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 5. We especially loved the location. Marina Walk is just nearby, with Hard Rock Cafe and other dining and leisure options within walking distance. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks around the area, especially in the evenings. It was nice to have everything so accessible while still having a relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider coming back again!"

"This hotel in Johor Bahru offers excellent value for money. I stayed at OZO Medini this time, and its location near Legoland makes it very convenient for accessing malls and restaurants. The room was generally new, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was powerful, which is crucial in Malaysia's weather. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in, and their attitude was pleasant. What impressed me most was the cleanliness; it was much cleaner than many similarly priced hotels. It was also relatively quiet at night, making it suitable for resting or working. The breakfast selection wasn't overly extravagant, but it had all the basics, and the taste was decent. The pool and gym were also well-maintained, great for photos during the day. If you're looking for a short stay in Johor Bahru, a family trip, visiting Legoland, or have business near Forest City and Puteri Harbour, I think this is a pretty reliable choice. I'll likely stay here again on my next visit."

"This place is clean, the view from balcony is great and there are toys for the kids ! Big and clean bathtub is kid's favorite, there is washing machine with dryer if you need to do laundry. Spacious kitchen with all things you need for cooking. Hard Rock Cafe is just downstairs, 5 minutes walk to Pasar Supermarket, bars, tepanyaki...etc The owner is responsive, one of the better apartments we have stayed."

"Walking distance to Legoland Malaysia Resort with all the convenience of dining and necessities around. Clean and comfortable property. Only need some regular maintenance on the appearance such as the wall, walkways, windows, room accessories. They meed to be maintained more frequent to avoid eye soaring first impression. By the way, they have costa coffee at the lobby."

"My stay in Johor Bahru this time was quite pleasant; the hotel generally exceeded my expectations. The room was relatively spacious for Malaysia, and the cleanliness was good, with a very comfortable bed. It was convenient to find places to eat downstairs and nearby, and taking a taxi to the mall wasn't far either. The front desk processed check-in quickly, and their service attitude was friendly. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for a short stay or a weekend getaway in Johor Bahru."

"We really enjoyed the stay. The place is fresh, clean and cosy. We had to go through a fair bit of verification during check-in at the security guard place which can be a hassle but that also meant we felt safe staying here. Thank you for keeping the place homely for families."
