3-Star Hotels in Penampang

Had a comfortable stay! The room was clean, staff were friendly, and location was convenient. Check-in/check-out was smooth, and amenities met expectations. Great value for the price. Only minor issue was slow Wi-Fi. Would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Thanks for the hospitality.

The location is very strategic and easily accessible. However, the cleanliness of the room needs improvement. The bedsheets, pillowcases, and mattress were quite thin and had an unpleasant damp/musty smell. Hopefully, the management can take action to improve this.

First and last book this place, it’s very near to the airport. One thing I cannot accept was that the bad smell from the washroom, totally can’t acceptable. I was awake by the stink from the washroom around 4am! Even though the washroom’s door was close. Terrible experience ever! Lucky i booked this room only for 1 night. Owner said what they can do is provide air fresheners? During my check out? If you know this problem exist, why don’t you solve it or provide the air fresheners before your guests check in the room? Well, I don’t know this problem happened to other units or not but dare not to book this place anymore. Bonus part, children were happy they enjoyed swimming and the sauna.

We just had the video and forgot to take a picture. Handle door is broke, room is really uncomfortable and we had ask to change room unfortunately that day was fully booked. Hoping the management take an action and we're look forward to see the best in your hotel apartment for the next staycation. Btw, the positive things abt this hotel it is very close (sharing buliding with ITCC mall) but you still need a transportation if you're wish going to city centre of Sabah.

Pleasant stay, the facilities are in great condition. Clean and cosy. Very recommended. Just walk to the mall for everyday need.

This is a really nice place. The room was cool, just like being in Kundasang. It was also comfortable, and we could cook, though there wasn't a rice cooker. But we brought our own, so it was fine. We'll definitely book this place again, it's awesome. Tiara Homestay is the best and amazing, thank you Tiara!

Uninvited guest (Cockroach) in the room for 2 nights. After complained, no housekeeping been done and just passed use the insect spray.

The single bed is a safety hazard..hopefully host can change the whole bed frame..other than that maybe add an induction cooker..😉..i had a pleasant stay here
