3-Star Hotels in San Juan

If you like a small intimate hotel, rich in culture and tapestry you cannot go wrong here. Is beautiful, tasteful and has all of the amenities for your stay. As well as a four poster bed, lovely and warm shower there is a roof top with a hot tub that is lovely and hot, with sun beds too. It is so tasteful and exquisite you will be blown away. The staff clock off early, so you have to remember to have your access codes to get in the front door. The staff were very warm and welcoming to us.  There is a large dining room with an ice maker and microwave. You’ll love it, just like we did.

The hotel was perfectly located for walking around all over Old San Juan. The place really has character, bringing out its historical setting while providing modern conveniences. The desk clerks were pleasant and helpful. Regrettably, like many facilities in recent years, daily housekeeping has been dropped, which is troubling in a place where toilet paper must be discarded in the wastebasket, rather than flushed. We left the placard on the doorknob, requesting maid service, but it had no effect. Regardless, the room was clean when we arrived.

Great location. A number of restaurants around. The beach is across the street, valet parking $30 per day. Full breakfast with a variety of scrambled eggs and beacons. Free coffee and complementary biscuits throughout the day at the lobby as well as refreshing ice cold lemon (fruit) water. I really recommend it for a beach vacation. There is a Walgreens around the corner for a cheaper than in bar liquors

Room and pool was very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient when bringing out drinks out to the pool. Front desk staff answered my questions politely and effectively. In great location- you can walk to Condado area easily as well as other places to eat in Miramar area

Washroom & shower only had hot burning water. Our skin were burned, host Didn’t respond on time later send a maintenance who said “it is what it is.” Didn’t care much about our stay but keep insisting on leaving good reviews after checking out. Apart from the hot water and lack of care ness everything else was good.

Excellent place to stay very close to all the shops and all the different tourist attractions although we are from the island originally, we currently live in the U.S. We were very pleased on how accommodating the service was, and how I aesthetic the view of the whole place was. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

A very average hotel, but with local prices a good value for money. Quite clean, air conditioning, comfortable bed, breakfasts are not very varied, there is not even tea, there are pancakes and other pastries, some fruits. In general, it is ok. There were some really bad reviews, that people even refused the room. We were worried about this, but it turned out to be quite ok. There is a closed parking lot on the other side of the street, you need to ask the staff to open it.

We were put in a third storey room and there was no elevator. There was no one around to assist with carrying our luggage up the stairs. I strained my knee doing it myself. Then I had two days of having to go up and down those stairs every time I wanted to go out. Before my vacation was over, I ended up buying a cane. Not a very good way to start a vacation. The air conditioning in the restaurant was freezing cold. The location being so close to the beach was great. There were some restaurants within walking distance.

The Hotel is beautiful and for the price of a basic room, we had a view of the beautiful lagoon, with a balcony and privacy. The only thing they should consider is parking because we had to pay $20 a day :-(. Paseo Caribe offers a quiet and safe area, has security guards, and you can walk quietly around the area. You have nearby restaurants, steps from the Caribe Hilton Hotel, and steps to the Escambron area where the beach is beautiful and the day and night walk is beautiful. If you are looking to stay in this area without paying so much, this is a good option. The price they put is not that, the rate is lower. I paid $ 116 per night and my room was the Executive Room. They comply with health regulations, have staff checking the temperature, and the use of a mask. It offers many areas to walk, enjoy as a family or as a couple, and despite the Covid-19 they offer different ways to be able to walk and enjoy a beautiful tourist area [Fortín de San Jerónimo del Boquerón] Spacious room and the bathroom was huge as well!
