3-Star Hotels in San Juan

We got detailed information how to do the self check in due to our late night arrival. Our room was really nicely decorated with quality decorations and everything was really nicely prepared. We even got a bottle of vine as a wellcome drink. So all and all is perfect.

Hood location but rooms are old and looks used and electric generator works all night long with heavy noise. Miguel from front desk exceptional

This place has it all!  The shuttle was perfect. Breakfast is tasty. The pool…perfect.  The amount of things to do within walking distance…stop it.  I will for sure stay here again!

Manny who was on reception when we arrived was very helpful and the person in the morning was the same but I forgot his name. Stayed one night to get cruise next day. Hotel reasonable standard but not as reflected in pictures however for the price I paid, cleanliness and helpful staff I would stay again. Thank you I have no complaints

The hotel was perfectly located for walking around all over Old San Juan. The place really has character, bringing out its historical setting while providing modern conveniences. The desk clerks were pleasant and helpful. Regrettably, like many facilities in recent years, daily housekeeping has been dropped, which is troubling in a place where toilet paper must be discarded in the wastebasket, rather than flushed. We left the placard on the doorknob, requesting maid service, but it had no effect. Regardless, the room was clean when we arrived.

A very average hotel, but with local prices a good value for money. Quite clean, air conditioning, comfortable bed, breakfasts are not very varied, there is not even tea, there are pancakes and other pastries, some fruits. In general, it is ok. There were some really bad reviews, that people even refused the room. We were worried about this, but it turned out to be quite ok. There is a closed parking lot on the other side of the street, you need to ask the staff to open it.

We were put in a third storey room and there was no elevator. There was no one around to assist with carrying our luggage up the stairs. I strained my knee doing it myself. Then I had two days of having to go up and down those stairs every time I wanted to go out. Before my vacation was over, I ended up buying a cane. Not a very good way to start a vacation. The air conditioning in the restaurant was freezing cold. The location being so close to the beach was great. There were some restaurants within walking distance.

The Hotel is beautiful and for the price of a basic room, we had a view of the beautiful lagoon, with a balcony and privacy. The only thing they should consider is parking because we had to pay $20 a day :-(. Paseo Caribe offers a quiet and safe area, has security guards, and you can walk quietly around the area. You have nearby restaurants, steps from the Caribe Hilton Hotel, and steps to the Escambron area where the beach is beautiful and the day and night walk is beautiful. If you are looking to stay in this area without paying so much, this is a good option. The price they put is not that, the rate is lower. I paid $ 116 per night and my room was the Executive Room. They comply with health regulations, have staff checking the temperature, and the use of a mask.
