"Manny who was on reception when we arrived was very helpful and the person in the morning was the same but I forgot his name. Stayed one night to get cruise next day. Hotel reasonable standard but not as reflected in pictures however for the price I paid, cleanliness and helpful staff I would stay again.
Thank you I have no complaints"

Great
GGuest UserIts a very clean hotel with many places to eat within walking distance as well as a movie theater, grocery store, and pharmacy down the street. It has a nice restaurant and rooftop pool that is very relaxing. The room was clean and had an ice maker, large sink and refrigerator. The only things I would improve are the lighting in the rooms - its somewhat dim if you need to do some work - they only have lamps and one small accent light in the ceiling - at least in the room I was in. The bathroom sink in my room was very small- couldn't hold toothbrush, razor, etc on it like most sinks. Those are small inconveniences - overall it's a very nice place to stay, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the location was great.
ZZuojiajiuyaoyaoThe service is very good. The location is also good. It is economical. There is a very friendly manager. The experience is very good. You can go to many places by walking around. The price is very good. There is no need to stay in a more expensive place. Haha
NNigelThis is a refurbished Sheraton hotel. Everything is nearly refurbished, not lifts - dire!! Reception is on the 2nd floor which is bizarre and not sure why. The restaurant is pretentious and expensive, plenty of better dining options nearby. Room was nice but not worth the price paid. Not sure what boutique means but if it's fancy cushions and a limited coffee machine you're after, this applies. Hotel is in a weird triangular shape and hard to navigate(loads of dead ends). PR is not cheap, and this hotel is in a great harbour location in old San Juan, however in my opinion very overpriced. Breakfast was OK but spoilt by unnecessary staff grovelling with coffees and orange juice. If I can pick up a plate, I could help myself to the above. Signing a piece of paper to say we are having breakfast, when we have been checked in, 2 or 3 forms/lists checked and then shown to our table is OTT and unnecessary. Unlike to return or recommend.
CChristineLeoooVery good hotel, with direct access to the sea, with an outdoor swimming pool with good scenery and suitable for taking pictures, the staff is very friendly and caring, the rooms are clean, and the decoration is stylish.
GGuest UserAbsolutely loved this hotel. Ambiance is top of the line. Only regret I have is that I couldn't enjoy the pool due to a late check-in and short stay. I definitely plan to stay again!
GGuest UserFirst of all an authorization for $5000.00+ was placed on mycredit card. LaConcha admitted their error and removed it. Secondly the shower was extremely difficult to operate. Maintainance demonstrated it, but it was totally unacceptable. Our security safe froze on us at a very inconvient and was repaired. We would not stay there in the future
GGuest UserGood resort , on the beach. Convenient to snorkel from the hotel beach. The resort breakfast restaurant was under going renovations so they set the breakfast up in a makeshift meeting room.
There is a Starbucks located within the building so regretted buying overpriced breakfast package.
Parking is in the garage across the building, a little inconvenient. Valet parking is available though.
GGuest UserHotels in San Juan are generally on the expensive side. This one is relatively cost-effective. The hardware is OK, there are supermarkets and restaurants within 10 minutes' walk, and you can go to the beach to enjoy another parasol and chair provided by Marriot. There is a $45 credit per day to order food by the panhouse pool. There are a lot of staff, and when I arrived at the hotel, someone helped with valet parking. When I checked in, I was told that I didn't know when the room would be ready. I specifically reminded me that I wanted a quiet room. Someone skillfully helped store the luggage. As soon as we sat down for dinner, we received a text message saying that the room was ready. It turned out that the room was directly opposite the elevator, which was very noisy. On the first night, I was woken up by two knocks on the door at 3:30 in the middle of the night, and there was no one outside. I told the front desk early in the morning, and I received a thoughtful text message in the morning asking if I was satisfied with the stay. I said someone knocked on the door and informed the front desk, and the reply was polite and said that I would investigate. I didn't get a reply when I left the hotel. There was a towel in the hotel that was wet and I didn't dare to use it. If you park by yourself, you have to go to the entrance with the parking ticket and ask the staff to manually fill in the room number and name and charge the room in the system, and then you can exit from another parking lot. It seems that all the services are superficial. Check-in and parking could have been smoother. Guests' requests for rooms should not be ignored. Knocking on the door in the middle of the night should give timely answers.
GGuest UserBeing a Travel Agent, going on my own trip's. Feels good to go to a hotel and be treated great! The view was amazing! Will be staying again❤️❤️🤗🤗
GGuest UserThe modern washing/dryer machines are not usable due to wireless network issue, and hotel could not fixed it and we have to use the neighbor hotel’s coin laundry machine to wash our clothes after great outdoor activities.
The breakfast is included in the booking but waiter still print bill for us and caused some confusion, it is better to explain it earlier in a clear way to let customer understand , I saw several other customer also asking the bill.
Front desk is nice and help us to keep the luggage after checkout so we can visit the nearby freely before actually leave the hotel to airport.
