GGuest UserOverall: The hotels on Koh Lipe generally don't quite measure up to those in Bali, but the beaches and water are definitely superior. Compared to hotels in Bali, this one might not deserve such a high rating, but if we're just comparing it to other options on Koh Lipe, it's decent.
Cons: Breakfast was quite Western-focused, mainly bread, and it was the same every day for several days. The shower facilities in the room were a bit basic, reminded me of staying at a guesthouse in the countryside back home, and there was no separate wet and dry area.
Pros: It's right on the beach, which is perfect for a relaxing, laid-back vacation.

ZZichiannWorry-free pick-up services until check-out! Very welcoming receptionist and great service. Our room had some issues with the lighting and sockets, but they were fixed and repaired immediately. I will definitely come back for a longer stay!

GGuest UserWe stayed for one day. We were given a room at the far end of the property with a view of some plants and what looked like a building materials storage area in the neighboring building. There was constant sawing and drilling. The bungalows are double-sided and packed closely together, with a ”door-to-door” view, which I found less appealing. The hotel has a restaurant, bar, massage services, sun loungers on the beach, and a taxi stand. Possibly more. The staff is professional. There's a boat parking area in front of the hotel. In the evening, the sea water by the hotel was dirty and had an unpleasant smell because of it. However, the hotel is right on the beachfront. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. On New Year's Eve, there was a magnificent fireworks display on the beach from the neighboring hotels.

GGuest UserFantastic location, exellent servics,staffs are polite and helpful. They provide transfer service which is very convenience.
The room is basic but sufficient, comfortable bed, but if you want a new towels, you may have to ask.
Breakfast is also tasty. We had a good time in Chareena beachside.

Location wise it's very near to sunrise beach and proximity to the popular walking street
Cleanliness not top notch, encounter 2 night critters in the room though it's not a large one.
Room amenities basic. The water pressure and lighting in the room can be better..

GGuest UserThis hotel is not too far from Pattaya beach, but Google maps will let you down - it says there is no connection. Walk out past the front desk, turn left, and walk to the beach. Fairly convenient, although a bit far from the walking street. There does not seem to be anything near the hotel.
I enjoyed my stay here because the room was neat and newly decorated. The staff seemed nice, although I did not stop for any meals. On the day of my departure, I walked to the ferry boat launch.

NNikitaChann_The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. It’s just I was expecting to have a least a disposable toothbrush for the price I paid. Too bad they didn’t provide. The hotel receptionist didn’t tell us about the direct gate to the beach which we paid the 20baht to access to the beach for the first time. Breakfast was okay.

GGuest UserОчень понравилось расположение, пешком до пирсов, выходишь из отеля - сразу на берег моря, территория довольно уютная)) Вкусные завтраки, уборка предлагается каждый день. Трансфера из отеля не заметили, но пешком можно дойти от парома минут за 5-10.
Старость и ушатанность в номерах, конечно, ощущается,, мы жили 3 дня, все время то бежал унитаз, то переставал работать нагреватель воды. Мы не сильно парились по этому поводу, потому что не надолго там останавливались, но для кого-то может быть решающим фактором, имейте в виду. Вайфай работал отлично

The hotel has seen a lot in its time: a padlock on the front door, cracks in the floor, sockets that are extremely loose, unobtrusive service. However, enough of the negative. Quite good breakfasts, proximity to the sea, good attitude of the staff level out the negative. Try it!
