"I enjoyed my three nights here. It was low season, so the resort wasn't too crowded, but the staff maintained professional standards. Everything smelled so nice - the linens and towels, and the room itself had a fresh fragrance. The cabin was very nicely designed with teakwood. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, and the side door of the bathroom led to an outdoor shower and drying area if you got sandy and wet from outdoor activities. The resort is nearby the walking street, where I went often, and also sports a full service bar and restaurant. On my last day, the staff drove me to the ferry departure site (during low season, the ferry departs on the other side of Pattaya beach)."

"The hotel is a 10/10 for the price (I don't think you'll find a better one on the island for this price).
Conveniently located (in the center of the island, in the middle of the local Walking Street), with a 7/11 nearby and all beaches within walking distance.
The room was clean and serviced daily. The hotel is quiet, with zero noise pollution.
The main advantages include the included breakfasts (they're incredibly delicious and filling, and each guest has a choice of meal), as well as a 20% discount coupon for lunch and dinner at the hotel cafe. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are also available to hotel guests at all times.
A huge thank you to the staff: super friendly and helpful, and they speak excellent English.
We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Koh Lipe. 🤍"

"Chareena Beach is the beachfront section of the Chareena Resort. There's also Chareena Hill, a more sophisticated resort located on the slope next to it, with beautiful views of the bay. It's also more expensive, of course. It's home to The Bay restaurant, with the best views of the entire beach and where breakfast is served. Chareena Garden, which we didn't get to during our one-night stay, is also available.
Chareena Beach is a fairly simple, small bungalow located 30-50 meters from the beautiful Pattaya Beach. However, it's very clean with comfortable beds, large pillows (though that's a matter of personal preference), signature linens, and towels. Tea, a kettle, coffee, cream, and water (again, in signature Chareena Hill drinking water bottles) are provided. A mosquito repellent is included, but we didn't see a single mosquito there, nor any other insects. Everything is of a very high standard. Sure, these aren't the luxurious bungalows of some other hotels, but for the price, they're clean, tidy, have a delicious breakfast with a coffee machine, an egg station (scrambled eggs, omelettes, scrambled eggs, or pancakes, all cooked right in front of you), and several hot, delicious dishes. There's also a beach restaurant with cocktails and lunch prepared by the same chef who served breakfast. A special thank you to him! Thanks also to the manager, Toi (if I gave him his name correctly), for making our stay feel like home and organizing a cruise around the island and to neighboring Adang. And overall, it was fun to chat about a variety of topics in the evening. Next time, we'll definitely stay at least three days at either the Beach or the Hill. It's a great experience!"

"This is my second consecutive year staying at this hotel. Booking a sea view room this time made the experience even better. Our room was conveniently located to the right of the lawn, just a 30-meter walk from the restaurant, which offered direct sea views. The rooms here are incredibly spacious and comfortable; I'll definitely book a full week on my next visit! Breakfast was pretty good, with freshly made noodle soup that was very satisfying. During the off-season, they even offer a 10% dining discount voucher. We could bring our fresh catch back from fishing directly to the restaurant to be cooked for 300 Baht per kilogram. It's a decent price; even though it's 50 Baht more expensive than the walking street, I personally feel Benhard Restaurant offers a much better and cleaner environment."

"Lovely part of Lipe, you can do to the water and do snorkeling right away. I got a room near the beach on the first floor. Spacious with all windows so you can make your room quite bright. The problem is you can hear everything than happens on the second floor , it was quite annoying when people came and started walking and it woke me up. Breakfast is so so but eatable. Coffee and tea are free the whole day. One manager was extremely helpful and everytime was coming to ask her she was more than willing to help or solve my problems! I will post her picture here she was really great!"

"My friend stayed in room G22 on the ground floor, and found it quite good.
1. **Location:** Upon arrival at Pattaya Beach, simply walk left. You can entrust your luggage to the hotel staff and walk over yourself, which saves 10 per person per trip on island transfer fees.
2. The main entrance offers easy access to Walking Street. For Sunset Beach, exit via the back door at the top of the property, turn right, and it's a short walk away.
3. The breakfast spread is excellent and varied, featuring a wide range of options like vegetables, fruits, meats, carbs, milk, and eggs, easily fulfilling your daily dietary needs.
4. We stayed in a garden view room, which offered great value for money. Although it was a bit of a walk to our room at the top of the property, there was a complimentary shuttle service available.

"Fantastic resort, beautiful gardens and large swimming pool (nearly always quiet in 1st week December). Just a short walk down hill/steps to beach. A short walk to north end of sunrise beach to where zodiac bar is. Breakfast is very varied and very good quality. One downside is only one coffee machine which isn’t enough to serve guests so always a long queue. We had grand garden villa which were so big. Massive terrace/balcony too but no furniture so just a big wasted space - 2 loungers would be great if the resort could add in the future. Would definitely stay again for a third visit to Lipe"

GGuest UserSummary: the hotel charged heavily for it, but didn't live up to its 5-star rating, rather a 3-star. Main reasons:
Maintance not enough, everything seemed worn and in need of repair. Beds (round) were terrible, very hard and the round shape is useless for a tall person. Pillows were the worst. Pool wasn't kept clean and also not full, so not infinity , as intended and described. First few days the phone wasn't working, so didn't feel secure, in case of emergency. The style of the restaurant wasn't attractive in comparison with others on the island.
Also missing spa/gym/massage offers, not in Thailand. No body lotion in the bathroom, not OK for a premium hotel.
Wrong instruction for the safe.
Positive: the staff, very friendly and helpful, but some seemed not trained enough for a 5-star hotel. Location and the beach was amazing. Breakfast and laundry service was good. Nice layout of the villa. Loved to have our own pool and secluded beach area.

GGuest UserFrom the moment we arrived via boat to the most beautiful setting, we were breath taken! The private beach is great for snorkeling and safe for kids. Our room (no. 6) was a good size, nice balcony, some sea views and comfortable. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, especially the receptionist who was always smiling and super friendly. Of our 8-day stay in Koh Lipe, we spent 3 nights here. By comparison, the hotel we moved to next was marginally cheaper, also with a high (but not as high) rating. Ten Moons was the better deal!!!
Pros:
- Stunning location
- Large glass water jug in the room (which was refilled daily using a 5 gallon water bottle rather than multiple small plastic bottles). Great to see the hotel reducing the use of plastic!
- Great breakfast selection
- Food available all day
- Clean
- Staff helpful and friendly
- Life jackets, beach toys, snorkels, etc available for use for free
- Quiet location/very peaceful and relaxing
- Lovely sand (sand texture tends to vary in Koh Lipe however it was great here!)
- Walking distance or ferry ride to walking street and more livelier areas
Cons:
- One of the few hotels not showing a sign or communicating/educating tourists NOT to step on coral. The by-product is that there isn’t a lot of live coral to see although there is still a lot of fish life. By comparison, we saw a hotel further down actively promoting not to stand on coral with staff educating tourists
- No pool (although not needed as the sea area is more than ample to swim in)
- No kayaks (available for hire at THB200 per hour nearby, less than a minute walk away)
- Not for people who struggle with stairs (although there are a couple of villas on the beach without the use of stairs)
We would most certainly stay here again!

GGuest UserThey really fulfill my request by allocating my room beside the walkway, which you able to see partial seaview. And the hotel staff here are super friendly. Especially Aon and Hna from the pool bar and restaurant. They make friend with us, make us feel more welcomed. Aon make a really good cocktails. I like the blue long island tea and bird of paradise. Overall the room is super clean and comfy. Is just 3min walks to the beach and restaurant. The breakfast is super nice, and you can get ice cream too. The hotel should give the 2 staff a good thumbs up and rewards by making hotel guest stay happily.

However, it is worth noting that the resort staff responded swiftly and provided immediate assistance, ensuring she received the necessary care. While this incident was unfortunate, it did not overshadow the overall fantastic experience we had at Irene Resort.

Ananya's location is fantastic, right on Pattaya Beach and next to Walking Street. The rooms are spacious with high-end amenities, and there's even a small pool on the balcony which is occasionally lovely to dip into. The best part is it's not much more expensive than a standard room. The breakfast tastes good, especially the free Thai iced tea, which is delicious – I ordered three cups every day!

Room is big and spacious, the only thing not good is the water pipe is leakage. The floor is quite oily and I almost fall down for few times. Other than that hotel facility is good, got a welcome drink upon arrival. Free snorkelling glass and kayak.
Breakfast is good too .
Forgot what's the name of the staff at the breakfast bar, but the curly hair boy did a great job serving the breakfast.

1) the wifi is really bad and unstable, almost non-existence throughout our stays.
2) the lighting is poor in both the bathroom and living area, especially at washbasin. The whole room only has 2 light switches!! Could add more lights for the comfort of users.
3) the hot water shower is not working well, hardly any hot water.
4) both the washbasin and shower drainage are clogged badly.
Overall San Pita is way over-priced - not up to the standard of Thai hospitality and values expected.
5) the breakfast served is so simple and ordinary, no variety and the same for the 3 days we stayed. So un-Thai!!

GGuest UserNice solid bungalow with chairs and table on front porch. No view of the beach from our room, but you can sit in the dining room for the free buffet breakfast and view the beach and the pool! Some breakfast buffet items change daily, but always include eggs, toast, pancakes, sausage, cereals, roti, vegetables and salad, fruit, rice porridge, juice, tea and real espresso and steamed milk. We enjoyed our stay!

GGuest UserWe have early check out and the day before asked them to get ready the breakfast at 7.30 ( as breakfast start usually at 7.30) as we need to go to boat at 8.15. But the stuff decide to come and start to work at 7.35. So our breakfast was dani at almost 8.00. But the most understandable for us was their attention only to Thai people, one day we saw they have breakfast at 7.00!!!!!
