Amazing
YYAYOI歴史あるアンティークなホテルです。このようなタイプのホテルには初めて滞在しましたが、良い経験でした。部屋がちょっと広過ぎて少し落ち着かないのと、高さのあるベッドに慣れなかったです。エアコンも冷蔵庫もあります。シャンプーやドライヤーはリクエストすると用意してくれます。ターンダウンもしてくれます。トイレは天井が無いので、音がまる聞こえゆえカップルには適していないきがします。
また古さは否めず、入った時からとてもカビ臭いのがずっと気になりました
スタッフさんは皆さんとても素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれます。レイトチェックアウトのリクエストを無料で対応してくれました（酷い雨だったので）。
ルーフトップレストランでの朝食はとても美味しかったです。ただエレベーターがないので、健康に不安がある方は急な階段が大変だと思います。

GGuest UserLovely hotel, room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly. My safari was cancelled and the staff provided other tour options, many thanks for that!
There is no phone in the room, I'd like to suggest even having a pager in the room would be helpful. Also no wifi in the room I think that should be an option.
The food was great and I enjoyed my stay, would definitely recommend!

Zanzi Hotel’s location is also perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend Zanzi Hotel for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay!

GGuest UserLocation is good originally as it is near to the ferry, but its noisy at night. I can hear people arguing at the midnight.
The room is very clean but no bottles water, toothpaste and toothbrush.
The staff are very nice.
