Situated on the 1st floor of a beautifully renovated 100-year-old Victorian-style home. Access is easy with a private keypad entrance.Inside, you'll discover two king bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy breakfast nook. A washer/dryer is provided for your convenience, with environmentally friendly detergent available. Please note that the upper apartment is separately rented and off-limits to The Edge guests. The back and side yard, along with the front porch, are shared spaces for all guests. Additionally, please avoid entering the basement, backyard shed, or garage. To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am, and each suite is private, so be considerate of other guests in the house.
