3-Star Hotels in Philadelphia

I simply cannot say enough about this center city hotel. From the first line knowledgeable, friendly receptionist(s) on both shifts; actually EVERY staff member was friendly (I really wish I'd written down names); to the cleanliness of all aspects of the hotel to include the rooms and especially the bathroom area with the DOVE soap/shampoo/body wash, good water pressure, comfortable beds, fridge and microwave. And last but certainly not least.......the breakfast..... from the 1 minute pancake maker to hot everything else including fat biscuits, to the cold breakfast beverage(s) machine and good coffee. In/out Parking co-located with the hotel. My second year in a row. I'm impressed. and we'll be back. Keep up the good work.

Honestly, rated this lower simply because of the parking situation. The site needs to do a better job calling out parking  options and pricing. It’s also wild to charge $70+ for Valet Parking especially for that tiny little lot across the street. We parked behind the hotel overnight and it cost $25, a price I would have accepted at the hotel.  The Hotel was tidy, breakfast was good and the employees responded well to loud guests yelling and and banging around late at night.

We booked a double room for one night with a pull-out sofa. The apartment is spacious with large open areas. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and oven. The bedrooms are roomy and separated from each other, which is very convenient. The living room has the pull-out sofa, which unfortunately is uncomfortable as the springs stick out. The location is excellent, with everything within easy reach. The price is fair and reasonable for the area.

The room is very spacious and clean, with a kitchen for easy cooking. The location is good, close to the city hall and the farmers' market, not far from the university town, and the public security is good.

Ctrip set, go to booking. The front desk is very convenient, it is not clear where my name is. The breakfast was quite good, the eggs and the fruit were very good. The streets are relatively clean, I am easy to turn, I have to rely on navigation😂

The bar man named Kelvin in lobby bar, he did double charge our bill , he asked us that he need to keep our visa card for deposit with no charge ,we paid for cash that night and also we found that he also charged our visa card when we reached home and we called the hotel to solve this problem ,even we asked Trip centre to help but omg no body can solve it ! okay for donation ！

The hotel is in a great location, with a Chinese restaurant ”Jiangnan Mansion” nearby. It is very close to the University of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia Museum of Art by car. The hotel lobby is on the third floor, which is very classy. There is a valet parking team on the first floor of the hotel (45 US dollars/night, 27 for 1-6 hours during the day), no additional charge, and tips are optional. The room service is very good, and someone cleans every day. The breakfast environment is elegant, and although the variety is simple, there are delicious waffles.

Check in was a breeze. Our stay was quiet and cozy . Definitely a great stay cation for me and babe.

The room was nice despite minor damage i was worried about my deposit for. The pool was closed due to maintenance but the gentleman at check in said it had been closed for weeks and there were only 2 elevators working for the 5 floors of the building which caused for me to take my child up and down stairs in the stroller at times. Breakfast was very unorganized and they ran out of plates and utensils within 1.5 hrs into breakfast serving hours. No management took charge or initiative. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend especially for families with babies. Definitely call in to make sure you have access to amenities before staying.
