HHaoxianghaoxiangnvxiaThe location is very good, right in the university town, within a ten-minute walk to the center of the university campus. It takes seven or eight minutes to drive to the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
The front desk is very polite, the room is a little old, and the elevator is a bit troublesome.
There is free parking, easy to get in and out, and easy to park. There is a Cantonese restaurant in the lobby, which is not expensive and tastes authentic.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located close to the City Hall, in the downtown center of Philadelphia. The Philadelphia City Hall is a landmark building in American history. Its clock tower is taller than the Big Ben in the UK. You can climb to the top to visit. The hotel lobby is very grand, with a marble dome-shaped roof and transparent glass in the middle that can see the sky. The service is warm and polite. Recommended.

PPaweł ZielaznyGreat location, right by the river and also in the old town. Everything is within walking distance. The room was decent. Beautiful view of the bridge from the window. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Philadelphia again. They also accommodated my request when booking, which was a plus.

Bbl4862Hotel in downtown Philadelphia although located tucked near an expressway. Around a 10 minute walk to Rittenhouse Square. Just like many Sheraton hotels however, the hotel is a bit outdated which can be seen through the carpet and the bathroom however, cleanliness is decent. Spacious room. Housekeeping not very proactive, did not come for one day or came at 6pm. However, front desk was responsive and get that situation amended quickly. Not a bad stay for a decently price 3 star hotel in Philadelphia.

风风中诺Ctrip set, go to booking. The front desk is very convenient, it is not clear where my name is. The breakfast was quite good, the eggs and the fruit were very good. The streets are relatively clean, I am easy to turn, I have to rely on navigation😂

GGuest UserThe hotel's location was excellent, and for the US where it's often hard to find good service, I consistently experienced bright, friendly, and high-quality service.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a good location, convenient transportation, quiet environment, complete hotel facilities, rich breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, suitable for business travel, I will come again next time!
AAnonymous UserThe decoration is old-fashioned, clean and tidy, and close to the airport. Overall, it is OK. In terms of facilities and items provided: American hotels do not provide toothbrushes, slippers and other items, which is quite different from domestic hotels of the same brand.
JJulie LevineThe hotel was not up to snuff. There was some kind of sports team staying there,, and only 2 elevators, so there was a line to wait for the elevator. There was also only one person at the desk, so, again, a long wait for check in. When I said, ”Gee you really need help here,,” the woman said ”No, I'm fine. I've got three kids, I can handle this!” (Well it wasn't you I was concerned about, lady!) Also, the parking cost $25, otherwise you can park on the street (absolutely no spaces!), or go down the street to a paid lot. The room was adequate, the place was clean, but it was definitely not worth the high price.
