Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel was situated around the block from my daughter’s home which we were here to pack for a move, which made it perfect - however the mandatory two night minimum during April - not a holiday wknd- seemed crazy. The room was fine, the balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool would have been fabulous in better weather - however the noise level was horrible. The bar, I assume, was very loud til quite late and the other guests could be heard early the next morning. All in all, it served a purpose and I paid for two nights when only able to stay for one because of the proximity to my daughter but probably wouldn’t stay there again.
KKate’s AdventuresOur experience at The Franklin on Rittenhouse was absolutely amazing.
We were greeted by John and another sweet woman at the front desk, and they were so kind and helpful.
We stayed in “The Monarch” room on the first floor. It is a very comfortable and romantic room. It was also extremely clean and updated! I loved the rainfall style shower as well.
While booking the room, I mentioned that we were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday, and the hotel we so kind to write her a card and left chocolates on the bed.
It was such a thoughtful gesture.
I cannot speak highly enough of our experience here. I highly recommend booking your stay here if you are looking for an amazing boutique hotel experience.

Great
GGuest UserWould recommend to look elsewhere. Not worth it for the price you’ll be paying. The shuttle service does not run after 12.30am. when you’re exhausted and booked an airport hotel, you want it to be convenient, not a 10 min walk from the airport in the middle of the night. I had stains on my pillows and the pillows were lumpy and old and uncomfortable. There were stains on the small couch and dead ants in the coffee machine. The bathroom smelt like a public toilet. Overall, such a disappointment given that it’s supposed to be a Marriott hotel. Better off booking somewhere nicer that offers a shuttle service overnight.
Bbl4862Hotel in downtown Philadelphia although located tucked near an expressway. Around a 10 minute walk to Rittenhouse Square. Just like many Sheraton hotels however, the hotel is a bit outdated which can be seen through the carpet and the bathroom however, cleanliness is decent. Spacious room. Housekeeping not very proactive, did not come for one day or came at 6pm. However, front desk was responsive and get that situation amended quickly. Not a bad stay for a decently price 3 star hotel in Philadelphia.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, right in the city center, with a beautiful church downstairs. Breakfast is not included, but there is a Starbucks downstairs. The service is terrible. I booked a room with a balcony, but when I checked in, the front desk said that there was no such room type, and they insisted on saying so. When I contacted Ctrip and waited for a reply, the front desk said that there was such a room type. It was very confusing. My check-in was delayed for almost half an hour, and I was forced to contact Ctrip via international long-distance.

GGuest UserGreat place to stay with my family. It’s in a great location for me because I can greet to my favorite places with ease. Will be the spot I go to for now on in the future everytime I travel back home to Philadelphia.
GGuest UserThe hotel was Charlene and the very nice gentleman check me in was awesome. The food at hotel was very good
The room was great I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton suite Philadelphia Airport.
AAnonymous UserThe decoration is old-fashioned, clean and tidy, and close to the airport. Overall, it is OK. In terms of facilities and items provided: American hotels do not provide toothbrushes, slippers and other items, which is quite different from domestic hotels of the same brand.
JJulie LevineThe hotel was not up to snuff. There was some kind of sports team staying there,, and only 2 elevators, so there was a line to wait for the elevator. There was also only one person at the desk, so, again, a long wait for check in. When I said, ”Gee you really need help here,,” the woman said ”No, I'm fine. I've got three kids, I can handle this!” (Well it wasn't you I was concerned about, lady!) Also, the parking cost $25, otherwise you can park on the street (absolutely no spaces!), or go down the street to a paid lot. The room was adequate, the place was clean, but it was definitely not worth the high price.
XXiVery nice hotel, the room is big, very good location. This is my second time staying in this hotel. Although only one night this time , I enjoyed very much. The front desk helper is very helpful. We already checked out, but we are not leaving until late afternoon, I asked them for a room for a short stay because my son has audition in the afternoon, they gave us a very nice room to stay and practice, which is really helpful.
