XXiangqianxiangqianxiangqianïŒïŒïŒTwo steps away from the city hall, the hotel building reminds me of the Pantheon in Rome. The hall has a high ceiling and the breakfast is ample. The hotel is very close to the love park and not far from the museum.

HHaoxianghaoxiangnvxiaThe location is very good, right in the university town, within a ten-minute walk to the center of the university campus. It takes seven or eight minutes to drive to the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
The front desk is very polite, the room is a little old, and the elevator is a bit troublesome.
There is free parking, easy to get in and out, and easy to park. There is a Cantonese restaurant in the lobby, which is not expensive and tastes authentic.

GGuest UserSofitel is an elegant brand and is often located at the heart of the city. The Philadelphia location is perfect for those who want to see the city and is luxurious enough to stay in for some rest and relaxation. There's a restaurant in the lobby. In walking distance are some of the best restaurants in the area as well as historical attractions. The room included a King bed, a roll-in shower, and many other amenities. Because I was here for a conference, transportation to and from the convention center was available. Next to the convention center is the Reading Terminal Market. However, if you like to walk, the sites are amazing and the Reading Market is only 1 mile away. Hidden costs were disclosed upon check out. You might want to ask about that from your travel agent or the hotel management.

PPaweĆ ZielaznyGreat location, right by the river and also in the old town. Everything is within walking distance. The room was decent. Beautiful view of the bridge from the window. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Philadelphia again. They also accommodated my request when booking, which was a plus.

BBE ABROADABLE - Nat the ExpatSecond time staying here â the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty good. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day.
The lady who checked us in (Megan) asked me four (4) times if I needed parking and didnât seem to believe me when I kept saying no. She also told us our room wasnât ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us weâd need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room.
I told her weâd rather wait for a king room because thatâs what we paid for, and lo and behold, suddenly she had one.
We paid for breakfast with our stay, but she forgot to give us tickets for breakfast. Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that weâd paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake.
They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that weâd paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to.
All in all, aside from the people and the awkwardness caused, it was a good stay. Weâll hope for better service next time we come back.
