MapxmuThe room is spacious and quiet, and the service is excellent. Housekeeping comes daily to clean and replenish water. The hotel is located on the UPenn campus (slightly to the north), making it convenient to access the campus. There's a Wawa directly across the street from the hotel, which is great for general grocery shopping and also offers self-service ordering for Western-style brunch and hot food. The food is tasty, and you don't need to tip extra. The only drawback was a temporary elevator malfunction where I was stuck inside for a couple of minutes, but it fortunately resumed normal operation quickly.

Leo69The most satisfying hotel during our East Coast trip! The facilities are complete, luxurious, and elegant! The service is also excellent! The hotel itself, from the inside out, is an architectural masterpiece 👍 The lobby is grand and magnificent! Enjoying breakfast here with delicious food and beautiful scenery was a great experience! Most importantly, the location is superb, right next to City Hall! The transportation is convenient, and the environment is safe (which is very important in Philadelphia)!

YousipFantastic hotel, the staff were amazing, very clean, and reasonably priced considering I was there for the World Cup match in Philly. I had a fantastic view of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge from my 5th-level room. They also have a very good self-serve coffee machine available 24 hours free of charge. Very happy with my stay overall. Thank you, guys. 😊👍

Second time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty good. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day.
The lady who checked us in (Megan) asked me four (4) times if I needed parking and didn’t seem to believe me when I kept saying no. She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room.
I told her we’d rather wait for a king room because that’s what we paid for, and lo and behold, suddenly she had one.
We paid for breakfast with our stay, but she forgot to give us tickets for breakfast. Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake.
They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that we’d paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to.
All in all, aside from the people and the awkwardness caused, it was a good stay. We’ll hope for better service next time we come back.

风中诺Ctrip set, go to booking. The front desk is very convenient, it is not clear where my name is. The breakfast was quite good, the eggs and the fruit were very good. The streets are relatively clean, I am easy to turn, I have to rely on navigation😂

bl4862Hotel in downtown Philadelphia although located tucked near an expressway. Around a 10 minute walk to Rittenhouse Square. Just like many Sheraton hotels however, the hotel is a bit outdated which can be seen through the carpet and the bathroom however, cleanliness is decent. Spacious room. Housekeeping not very proactive, did not come for one day or came at 6pm. However, front desk was responsive and get that situation amended quickly. Not a bad stay for a decently price 3 star hotel in Philadelphia.

This holiday inn room does not even send bottled water, you have to buy it downstairs, and you have to drink water on the first floor self-service cup! This is a bad review. There is no microwave and a small refrigerator. There is a restaurant opposite, the weight is large, one person is enough for two people to eat, cut.

⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5)
The biggest disappointment was the room itself. The room had no proper window. Instead of a normal window with a view or natural light, there was only a small round porthole, approximately 50×50 cm.
This made the room feel dark, closed, and uncomfortable. When booking a hotel room, we expect a standard window, not a tiny round opening.
This should be clearly stated in the room description before booking, so guests know exactly what they are paying for. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.

The decoration is old-fashioned, clean and tidy, and close to the airport. Overall, it is OK. In terms of facilities and items provided: American hotels do not provide toothbrushes, slippers and other items, which is quite different from domestic hotels of the same brand.

Julie LevineThe hotel was not up to snuff. There was some kind of sports team staying there,, and only 2 elevators, so there was a line to wait for the elevator. There was also only one person at the desk, so, again, a long wait for check in. When I said, ”Gee you really need help here,,” the woman said ”No, I'm fine. I've got three kids, I can handle this!” (Well it wasn't you I was concerned about, lady!) Also, the parking cost $25, otherwise you can park on the street (absolutely no spaces!), or go down the street to a paid lot. The room was adequate, the place was clean, but it was definitely not worth the high price.
