KKa yingI came for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Very clean room and there are free coffee and tea whole day at the lobby. Also there is gym room and laundry room as well. I love the pool there even though it was quite cold these past two days. I love the breakfast as well. Lastly, it was closed to Petaluma outlet and it was nice this morning to go shopping.
AAnonymous UserSuperb location in quiet Monte Rio. A short distance away from slightly busier Guerneville and the delightful Duncan’s Mills. Very pleasant staff and a nice clean room, with spectacular views of the river from our balcony room. Simple breakfast but more than expected.
GGuest UserIt's right inside the airport, and all aspects are good, but it's a double room but only one set of bath towels is placed, and there is no free parking lot, parking is quite expensive, 246 pesos a day.
GGuest UserA minute drive from downtown Sonoma and 15 minutes from Napa City, Creekside Inn is located in the heart of Napa Valley. The service is excellent with the friendliest staff and the cleanest rooms and towels. The afternoon gathering of guests with wine and snacks was a nice touch for guests to get to know each other. If I have to nitpick, there is no pool on the premises but the garden and grounds have lots of places to sit and enjoy the day. Overall, a great place to stay.
GGuest UserThe trip started out poorly because Trip.com's payment was invalid. We had to text your staff for close to an hour before we could check into our room, so were late meeting our family members for lunch. The women at the front desk were terrific and were doing everything they could - they weren't able to give us a key until the payment was straightened out. So we weren't very happy with Trio.com's service. How could something like this happen, where your payment wasn't valid? I would like a discount on my next trip due to that problem.
Once we were in, the service was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open until 10pm and were warm and clean. We loved soaking and swimming each evening after visiting with family.
The only curve ball was that the firepit wasn't operable. A man said it was due to the weather, but it had been clear and dry so that didn't make sense. Therefore, we had to drink our Christmas Eve Prosecco (which we bought at the hotel snack bar!) in the room, since it was too cold to sit outside without a firepit. Outside of that, it was a terrific visit and we would stay again.
We do hope that Trip.com makes good on the billing issue so we will use your site again.
DDelRay LivramentoEveryone was very accommodating really easy to check and check out They even had a continental breakfast I have not seen a motel with a breakfast in a long time
GGuest UserRooms very comfortable for this type of hotel. Breakfast not very reach and variable, but sufficient.
Overall better than expected. Perfect for one or two nights.
JJayI had a very long 18 Night stay at this hotel and really enjoyed my time. The breakfast was AMAZING and the best thing by far. I am sure other reviews will mention the breakfast and I was not disappointed. The room was plenty spacious and had a delightful little patio around the swimming area. The staff was very diligent with the cleaning which was daily. I would certainly stay again for the breakfast. This location was perfect for my stay in Santa Rosa with plenty of options for just about anything within walking distance. 9/10 overall
