Great hotel, with comfortable beds and quiet hallways! Perfect for a good night sleep.

Not much choice for breakfast The room is very spacious, bright, comfortable and warm Facilities: You basically have to bring your own cleaning supplies Service: The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic When I arrived in the middle of the night, I found out my name by looking it up.

I have to say, this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, and when I entered the room, I was genuinely impressed – it was well-equipped and thoughtfully arranged. The room itself was spacious and very clean. I'll definitely be back.

Hotel condition still OK. Clean and nice Gym room too small less equipment. (Surprise have small swimming pool) No restaurant inside of the hotel. Car park space so enough.

Everything was fine, but the toilet was a builder's grade short, round-bowl, toilet. The seat had been replaced by an elongated bowl seat. So it looked ridiculous, and like no one really cared.

There are freshly baked waffles for breakfast, and it is very convenient to eat and eat nearby. From the hotel to the University of Akron, drive for ten minutes. There is a national forest park to the north with a beautiful scenery.

The hotel is pretty good, and the airport shuttle is free!

Very good! The room is large and the facilities are very new and should be newly renovated soon. There is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker in the room, and everything else is available. The bed is large and the bed is very loose for two people. Breakfast is also very good, a variety.

The hotel chain will not be too bad, breakfast is a bit tired, but basically includes free breakfast, saving a lot of time! Not bad! Business travel can consider this more

The service was just Ok. Did not have extra blankets for sofa bed. Breakfast was OK and was just a grab n go. Not a hit breakfast.
