4-Star Hotels in Anyang

I was very impressed with my stay at Crystal Orange Anyang Linzhou Hongqiqu Avenue Hotel. As soon as you step into the hotel, you will be attracted by its modern and transparent design. The lobby is spacious and bright, making you feel comfortable and pleasant. The guest rooms are not only stylishly decorated and reasonably laid out, they are also very clean and tidy, and the beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring high-quality sleep. The facilities in the room are also quite complete, from high-speed wireless Internet to high-quality toiletries, all reflecting the hotel's attention to detail. The service is also commendable, the front desk staff are friendly and courteous, and the check-in and check-out procedures are very fast and efficient. What is particularly worth mentioning is that they always respond to guests' needs in a timely manner and try their best to satisfy them. This kind of considerate service makes people feel at home. In addition, the breakfast is rich in variety and delicious, laying the foundation for a good start to the day. In short, I have enjoyed a high-quality accommodation experience here that exceeds expectations. It is an excellent choice whether it is for business travel or leisure vacation.

I didn't give a high rating this time because my stay was extremely unpleasant! The room was on the third floor, as were the laundry room and gym. Initially, they gave us a room just a few steps from the elevator, which I thought was good, saving us a long walk. However, I was completely wrong. The washing machine was running continuously from noon until we arrived, and it was incredibly loud. Since it was afternoon, I didn't pay much attention, but even at midnight, someone was still doing laundry, making it impossible to sleep. When I went to the laundry room to inquire, the woman there told me I could ask the front desk to change my room, with a very rude attitude. Why were they still doing laundry at midnight? Many hotels I've stayed in stop allowing laundry at 10 pm, and in many hotels, the laundry room is on the first floor, so you can do laundry anytime you want! No one bothers you. Later, I called the front desk, and the young lady was somewhat more polite and changed my room, explaining that a new employee checked me in that morning and didn't mention this issue! I disagree with this. Two people checked me in that morning, a new employee and a senior employee. The senior employee even asked if I needed my child's ID card. Don't new employees know this is part of their training? Are they just going to give you any room you can find after just one night? Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay.

This was the second Vienna International Hotel we stayed at during our road trip in Henan. It was as good as always. The room had a view of the Taihang Mountains, and they even gave us a box of fruit upon check-in. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the shower was very comfortable. There's underground parking, which is convenient for those driving. Breakfast starts at 6:30 am, which is great for people who want to avoid the crowds and go to attractions early. However, there are many tour groups, so breakfast can be a bit crowded, and you might have to share a table.

This is definitely the best hotel in town. The rooms are spacious and spotless, which was a pleasant surprise. The facilities are comprehensive and quite modern. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating, always ready to help and quick to resolve any guest issues. The restaurant is very large, the service staff have excellent attitudes, and the food quality is great. The surrounding environment is fantastic, with beautiful scenery along a small river.

The hotel selected for a trip with friends is particularly satisfied overall. The reception was warm and thoughtful, and the questions were answered meticulously and patiently. The room was very clean, the bathroom was cleaned and cleaned, and the beds were neatly arranged. The spare parts are sufficient, the hot water supply is stable, the corridor is clean and there is no smell, and the location is very convenient. Everything is very careful and has been recommended to friends around me.

Hygiene: The towels appeared to have black lint, though it wasn't immediately noticeable. The laundry likely didn't wash them properly; consider replacing them. Facilities: The water temperature was low; it wasn't hot enough for washing hair, and the temperature would drop even further when there were many guests using the water. The floor drain had a slight odor. The kettle socket was on the side and not easily visible; a sign would be helpful. It would be beneficial to provide a bar of soap in the room, especially for those with oily skin or who don't like using shower gel. Soap is a standard feature in larger hotels. No plastic slippers were provided, so you have to shower barefoot, which can be slippery and dangerous. Providing slippers would be recommended. The soundproofing was okay, and the mattress and bedding were comfortable. However, improvements to the above points would make the room even better!

The room is very comfortable, big, and all kinds of facilities are complete Hygienic: very clean Environment: Very good Service: Very good hotel breakfast variety, you can see Taihang Mountain outside the window, very close to Taihang Pavilion, service staff service is in place, very satisfied with this hotel reservation.

The rooms at the Yingbin Building were excellent, exceeding expectations. They were clean and hygienic, the service was incredibly warm and welcoming, the staff were very friendly, the linens were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was plentiful, and the price was very reasonable. This hotel has a unique feature not found in other hotels: it offers opportunities to learn about the revolutionary spirit of the Red Flag Canal, making for a very positive experience. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area who needs it! After a terrible experience staying in Kaifeng, we moved here, and my child didn't want to leave after just one night. We'll definitely come back next time.

The room is large, the bathroom is large, the hot water is very sufficient, and the red flag canal comes down to take a hot bath and is comfortable. The waiter in the dining room on the third floor is very enthusiastic, the product is good, and the price is affordable. There are also many varieties of buffet breakfast. The downside is that the air conditioning control switch in the room is relatively small, and it took a long time to find it, which is not very practical.
