"The location is excellent, right next to the exit. You can see the big sign as soon as you get off the train. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, were very warm and attentive, answering all our questions. When we told them the Wi-Fi wasn't working, they immediately sent someone to fix it. My husband and I were very satisfied. We hope you keep up the great work, and we'll definitely stay here again if we're in the area."

"Checked in at 5 PM, only to be told the room wasn't ready. Stood around at the front desk for ages. Then they said if I couldn't wait, they could switch rooms and had 'specially upgraded' me to an Executive Twin on the 'very quiet' 9th floor. Got into the elevator and realized the 9th floor is the *starting* floor! 😂 Swiped my card to enter, and it was just a standard twin. So much for all the sweet talk from the front desk lady. Since Trip.com asked for a review, here's my honest one."

"Before my trip to Anyang, I looked at many hotels online and finally settled on the Anyang Xiying Hotel (Wanda Plaza). After checking in, I was really impressed. For any trip, good food, accommodation, and transport are essential for an enjoyable experience, and the Xiying Hotel is excellent for its price range. First off, the location is great, making it super convenient to get around. It's not far from attractions like the Chinese Character Museum, Anyang Museum, Wenfeng Tower, and Yuan Lin. Secondly, the hotel lobby is elegant, grand, and beautiful. All the front desk staff, both male and female, are very pleasing to the eye. Check-in was quick, professional, and our requests were handled patiently (we mentioned having had hip surgery last year, and they arranged a room right by the elevator for us). The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. The room itself was clean and cozy, highly automated, and all the facilities were complete and worked well. The room was meticulously cleaned, the bed was large with soft, comfortable bedding, and the soundproofing was also good. The toiletries in the bathroom were of a decent standard, and the shower had strong water pressure. The only minor downside was that the shower water temperature wasn't as hot on the last two days as it was on the first two. The high-speed rail transfer driver was excellent; he proactively helped with luggage, drove smoothly, and was very accommodating to our needs while still adhering to traffic rules. Choosing the Xiying Hotel for this Anyang trip truly made us feel at home. It was a wonderful experience."

"The experience of staying at Anyang Dongyuan Hotel is particularly good! The hotel is in a good location, convenient to travel, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the living is quiet and at ease. Special emphasis should be given to the front office Xiao Liu! After arriving at the store, the reception was particularly warm and thoughtful. The check-in process was quick and not delayed. I was particularly careful to help arrange the appropriate room type according to my needs. I also introduced the hotel facilities and the routes for eating and traveling around. I patiently answered any questions. The whole service was particularly warm and meticulous. "I stayed for two nights, and the overall experience was pretty good. The location is excellent, with all sorts of delicious food right outside – I tried 'Hulatang' (spicy soup), 'Biancaifen' (noodle dish), hot pot, 'Xuehualao' (shaved ice dessert), and more. Next door is Wangjie Food Street, which is very lively. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Chinese Character Museum, so I could spend the morning there, head back to the hotel for a rest, and then visit the Anyang Museum, Beidajie, and Cangxiangjie in the afternoon, which are a bit further out. The hotel lobby has cards introducing Anyang's attractions, and the scent of coffee fills the air, making it feel very welcoming."

"The room was very smartly equipped, with voice control via Baidu, a TV and projector, and a bathtub. We were also surprised to receive a complimentary gift upon check-in. The breakfast was plentiful, and the overall stay was excellent. The location was also very convenient, within a ten-minute walk of the Cultural Relics Museum and the Yin Ruins Museum. Although the room was on the street, it was not noisy, and the soundproofing was good."

PParsa BarhaghiThe hotel served as a great location to the nearby bus stations and train station. The room was very large and even came with a separate room with a twin bed. The breakfast was easy to check in with using a hotel card swipe to validate the breakfast is paid for. The choices were decent, but for me the fruit was lacking and I expected more availability. The front desk in the evening when checking is was not the most helpful and treated us foreigners with some level of disgust.
