"Excellent location , next to shopping mall with nice shops and nice restaurants . Can just walk to the mall. Hotel staff service is average , quite cold and not enthusiastic . No aircon because it is not summer as the rooms are 26C and can’t do anything . Asked for extra fan otherwise can’t sleep , too warm."

"It was fantastic to live here.All the staff are very nice. They provided welcome tea for us when we arrived. When we were rushing to the railway station and the manager knew we were late,he kindly helped us with the luggage to save our time. Breakfast quality was great. Lunch menu was simple, but high quality with reasonable price. The only thing I would recommend to improve is that flushing was very loud. If we use toilet during bedtime, it may wake up other person."

"Xiaolu and Xiaoxin at the front desk were excellent. Check-in was quick and they even gave us a small gift. The room was spacious, parking was convenient, and it was a very comfortable stay. The front desk service was first-rate. Because someone in my group wasn't feeling well, we skipped breakfast, so the waiter brought us a special breakfast in a takeaway box and even heated up the milk. "We traveled with two children and chose a relatively new hotel in a quiet area. The underground parking was ample, and the lobby was elegant. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff was exceptionally polite and provided superb service. I especially want to praise the buffet restaurant – it was absolutely delicious, even better than what I've had at other five-star hotels! The Eggs Benedict, beef noodles, coffee, and spicy soup were all incredibly good. I wish I had room for more food; the two adults and two children finished everything. The family room had bunk beds and could comfortably accommodate four people, which the kids loved. Most importantly, it was very clean. A huge shout-out to the hotel staff – they were incredibly patient and provided excellent service."

The service of the young lady is considerate and the arrangements are meticulous. It's really warm. This trip was rushed and I left on the morning of the 1st. Because I had stayed at the Ctrip Farm in Kanas before, I booked here without hesitation. As expected, everything was in place and thoughtful. I can't tell which young man and young lady impressed me the most, because each of them is very considerate, so I thank them all! Next time I come, this is still the first choice, and I have told my family that Ctrip is also the first choice when going to other places.

GGuest UserOn the last day of my Henan trip, I chose this hotel, and it was truly a find. I even regretted not staying here before. The room was impeccably clean, and the amenities were excellent. The front desk lady, the cleaning lady, and the waitress in the restaurant were all incredibly polite and courteous. And for breakfast, they even had wraps—a completely new experience. The hot dishes were all very affordable, with a good selection of both meat and vegetables, and they were truly delicious. This restaurant has made me a true believer in this brand.

Surrounding environment: parking is very convenient, the hotel staff patiently guides me as a female driver.
Service: Warm, thoughtful, every time I see the guests, I smile and say hello. I also helped to refrigerate insulin, and helped to freeze a few bottles of ice water to facilitate the departure of the store to preserve insulin.
Eat and drink: shopping around is very convenient, walk a lot of small shops, and Zhao Yiming, I really want to come.
It is also very convenient to take a taxi to Wanda for dinner, and it costs only ten yuan to use Didi.

The room is warm and exquisite, the sheets are clean and soft, and the window is open to the beautiful scenery of the green mountains. PParsa BarhaghiThe hotel served as a great location to the nearby bus stations and train station. The room was very large and even came with a separate room with a twin bed. The breakfast was easy to check in with using a hotel card swipe to validate the breakfast is paid for. The choices were decent, but for me the fruit was lacking and I expected more availability. The front desk in the evening when checking is was not the most helpful and treated us foreigners with some level of disgust.
