GGuest UserFirst time in Guangxi, and after a long search online, I settled on this B&B. I really loved the decor! The room was super clean, and the front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful, carefully explaining all the local sightseeing routes. Breakfast was good and nutritious – I was stuffed! Even though there was construction nearby, it didn't spoil the fun. The 'Sky Mirror' on the rooftop is fantastic for photos. I've already recommended it to my friends!

This hotel is conveniently located at Gutun No. 31, Shuolong Town, just a few minutes' drive from Detian Waterfall and Blue Cave Cafe. It's a perfect stop after visiting Detian Waterfall.
Hotel Environment:
The hotel's environment is truly exceptional. The courtyard is lush with greenery, creating a Southeast Asian resort vibe. The rooms are uniquely designed, featuring panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to enjoy the surrounding mountain views from your bed without even stepping outside. You can also relax on the balcony with a hot spring soak and a cup of tea.
Facilities and Services:
The hotel offers a comprehensive range of facilities, including a swimming pool, a chess and card room, a children's play area, a laundry room, and EV charging stations. The swimming pool is beautifully designed with crystal-clear water, and many children and families were happily playing there. Before going to bed, I saw the hotel staff cleaning the pool, which suggests good hygiene practices.
Rooms and Dining:
The rooms in this hotel are spacious and bright. I particularly liked the natural wood furnishings, which, combined with the room's color scheme, wall paint, and other decorations, create a distinct sense of design. The room also came with a good-quality Bluetooth speaker, perfect for playing my own playlists and setting a chill mood. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the room itself was clean and tidy. The breakfast noodles were excellent, and breakfast can be extended until 12 PM. The hotel also offers complimentary afternoon fruit and evening sweet soup. The restaurant's dishes were very good; you can pre-order and just head down to eat. The chef's culinary skills were impressive, and the food was delicious. For those who don't want to leave the hotel and just want to relax, dining here is a safe bet. The dining environment is also excellent, with a unique overall design that provides a relaxing and healing atmosphere.
Guest Suggestions:
While this hotel generally received excellent reviews, there were a few minor drawbacks. For instance, the parking lot's design could be improved as the ramp is steep and narrow. Wider vehicles need to be extremely careful when entering and exiting to avoid scratches. The soundproofing in the rooms could also be enhanced. I heard construction drilling in the morning, and while the front desk claimed it wasn't their construction, I did find people working on the roof when I walked down the hallway. While I understand the difficulties of the service industry, it did somewhat affect my mood for a relaxing vacation. The service awareness and professionalism of the restaurant and hospitality staff could also be improved for a hotel of this price range.

The price was cheap, making it great value for money. There were plenty of parking spaces, making it very convenient to get to Friendship Pass!

We had dinner there as soon as we arrived, and it was the first time I'd ever seen round avocados. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. We booked a triple room, and while I thought a family room would just have multiple beds, it turned out to be a suite. The children's room also had a large bed and tatami mats, which exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, with an open-plan sink area, so showering, using the toilet, and washing hands didn't bother each other. A special compliment was that the hotel even provided makeup remover and facial cleanser – so thoughtful! The minibar was complimentary 😋 The receptionist was incredibly kind and friendly, with a lovely smile, and she answered all our questions and requests. My friend later left her documents, including her visa for Vietnam the next day, at the front desk, and they proactively contacted her and delivered them to her room. The very same kind lady who checked us in the previous night checked us out the next morning; we learned she had finished her shift last night and was working the early shift that day – hotel staff really have it tough! The hotel has its own parking lot and a large, comfortable courtyard. All three of us were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend it.

GGuest UserFirst time in Chongzuo, and I picked a fantastic B&B. The view of the mountains from the window was breathtaking and so refreshing! We traveled with a child, and they even provided a baby safety rail, which was a huge relief for us at bedtime. The lady at the front desk was very warm and helpful. The breakfast, served individually, was delicious, and surprisingly, they serve it until noon! 👍 If you're not keen on eating out nearby, the B&B's menu is also excellent, so you don't have to worry about going hungry if you get back late. 👍 Overall, I'm very satisfied, and if I ever come back to Chongzuo, I'll definitely stay here again.

All the staff, from the shuttle driver and front desk to the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even included complimentary tickets and a bamboo raft experience. It's a quiet and convenient place, definitely worth considering, and offers great value for money!

AAnonymous UserOverall, it was a really good stay. In this area, it's definitely one of the hotels with a great location and excellent facilities. The room design is well-thought-out, and there's a beautiful view from the window, making for a very comfortable stay. The room comes with a washer-dryer combo, and parking is convenient right next to the hotel, which is perfect for those traveling by car. As for breakfast, it's a set menu and quite tasty. (I do want to mention the auntie who cooks the rice noodles at breakfast. When I asked her to add some blanched greens, she gave me a very sour look and said some rather unpleasant things. The day before, the owner was there and kindly added them. This auntie I encountered on the second day really left a bad taste in my mouth.)

Cleanliness: Good.
Environment: Mountain views are visible from the windows. The location is opposite the People's Hospital. There are parking spaces in front, many restaurants downstairs, and a supermarket. The location is excellent.
Service: The hotel lobby staff weren't very friendly. I heard I booked through Ctrip online; their attitude was unenthusiastic and cold.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a little far from Chongzuo but you can hire a Didi for about 380RMB from the chongzuo train station. The hotel is located in a beautiful park where you can take a walk and see the 100 doors (I think it was called) and walk all the way to the border post 3. It's was surreal. Across the river you can see Vietnamese house and people. we waved. a drone showed up we left. To go to the waterfall we walked from the hotel to the tourist center. About a 45 minute walk. Not bad once you get there.
The hotel is old and starting to show the tear. You can tell it was once great but no renovations have been made in forever. The carpet had stains on it. not tiny ones. The little mini balcony was dusty. The bed was big but on the hard side. The towels are frazzling it was unbelievable. The breakfast , if you are not full on on Chinese breakfast its a no no. AND no coffee EVEN though the COFFEE MACHINE looked like it had just been plugged off. sign sating being fixed. come on .It's a 4 diamond rating but it felt more like 2. It's also smaller than it links in the video and pics. There's an awesome restaurant at the entrance on the right. It made a whole lotta difference. Highly reccomend eating here. And we did!Twice. Food was not bad. definitely order the ribs. The staff is nice especially the restaurant lady.
