"I caught a cold during my first hotel stay – a truly terrible experience! While showering, the hot water suddenly turned cold right after I finished applying shower gel, only slowly returning to hot after a while. Then, halfway through my shower, the water suddenly turned cold again. Is this what you'd expect from a five-star hotel? Secondly, was the kettle in the room properly cleaned? Why was there so much floating debris in the bottled water? The mouthwash cup had white, toothpaste foam residue on the outside, clearly left by previous guests, and judging by the marks, it wasn't just one group of guests; it's been accumulated over a long period without proper cleaning! Breakfast was chaotic; there was a long queue at the noodle station because they were out of large bowls. I waited ages for a bowl, but it never arrived. I wanted some hot soup to warm myself up, but that didn't happen either, so I gave up. The facilities and service were completely unworthy of the price and ratings on the platform!"

"This hotel is absolutely terrible! Don't go there, everyone! The room smelled incredibly strong from the renovations. The two of us, plus our Corgi, felt unwell within 10 minutes: We had runny noses, sore throats, and dry, itchy eyes. Even our Corgi was restless and constantly sniffing around, clearly suffering from the pungent smell. When we asked to change rooms, they said all rooms were like that and they couldn't change, and their attitude was incredibly dismissive. We couldn't stand it anymore, so we quickly packed our things and changed hotels that very night. After changing to another hotel, our symptoms and our dog's discomfort disappeared, which shows just how awful the smell in that room was! They let guests stay in rooms that had just been renovated and hadn't been properly ventilated, completely disregarding human health, and even causing suffering for our dog. Seriously, avoid this place! For your own health, your family's health, and your pet's health, please don't stay here!"
